Kind staff, wonderful location, helpful staff, very big room.

Nothing No elevator, poor wi-fi, breakfast was terrible

The hotel is very nice, the location was amazing with a great view on the river and mountain, the staff was great and very helpful, we made a mistake in the family members number but they accommodate us and gave us a bigger room without extra charge, we love the place and will highly recommend it for families especially if you want a quiet place, and it's not far away from the city and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was deep for the kids

Very good location, just like 4-5 minutes from metro, cozy little hotel. Extremelly helpful staff, even provided us with extra free services. Clean and spacious room, bathroom the same, provided with all needed. Good and rich breakfast. We did enjoy the stay and would stay again. Area is a bit busy with car traffic. parking was a bit of challenge,but staff helped us.

The view was amazing from the balcony

- The staff was super friendly - We had a flight delay we made a late checkout at 4:30 pm. - The view from the balcony was amazing. -The room is quite big (we stayed in a family room) - there is a nice small park with kids play area in front of the hotel. - Very close to Isani mall The hotel really is great value of money -The toilet needs a better fan. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel is very cozy, clean and comfortable, located just 2.5 km away from the downtown and 20 minutes by car from the airport. The room was quite spacious, with adorable overview onto the city and the River Kura. The hotel stuff is very friendly, understanding, supportive and attentive. Breakfasts were very tasty and hearty. The hotel owner was always ready to help with any outstanding issue or problem encountered. Only best recommendations from the bottom of our hearts!

Staff is really friendly and supportive. Breakfast is a great start of the day and the pool very refreshing. The room is spacious too. Perhaps they can provide additional towels for the pool. Every day we needed to ask for some additional which then were not replaced. The bed is a bit outdated and short.

Everything was so great and perfect, staff was very attentive and friendly,lovely pool area, Iocation was so good, close to the city centre, shopping centre, Perfect view from balcony, great breakfast

The mountain View was awesome. Clean place. Near Metro Station. So many stores and super markets around the hotel. Carrefour is next to it. Non
