The location was good, overall it was average clean, good value for the price. The initial room we booked was with balcony and a view, guess the view was straight into trees, and there was no other option for change. After first night I discovered that the AC was not working properly, and asked for another room after the technitian checked the AC and confirmed it cant be fixed. The provided me a downgrade room on another floor without balcony. I was happy as the AC was fine there.

Just lobby service the hotel is very dirty , the sheets , the towels , rooms smells very bad (trash/burn smell) i changed rooms twice at the end i just told them that i dont want to sleep in this hotel and i paid this money and changed my hotel i just wasn’t able to stay in such dirty hotel - don’t book if hygiene is important to you

They have great breakfast btw, good luck finding croissants like these in most local bakeries. The thersmostat wasn't functioning properly, it was blowing cold air on highest temperature setting. We haven't tried asking in the reception for help, which would be better as the ai chatbot from their support qr code link isn't responsive.

Location and staff are excellent. I also love the two hotel kitties ? The breakfast restaurant needs an additional coffee machine as there was always a line for coffee in the morning. Sometimes that line was too long and I had to get coffee elsewhere. My room was too hot for me. The temperature controller in the room adequately controlled the fan (that was nice and quiet) but no matter the temperature setting it never got cooler. The window opened a little bit and that helped...until it started to rain in the window and I had to close it.

The hotel matches the IBIS Hotel Standards. It was as good as I had expected. The breakfast ends at 11:00, and at 10:00 many dishes were not available and were not replenished by the kitchen staff. However, what was available, was good and versatile food. Generally, their pricing in low season could be lower.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport options. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Why the check in time is 15:00, and check out on 12:00? It does not complete 24 hours fully. They required additional fee for coming on 11-12 am. The room is very small and you feel like in the plane bathroom.

1. The quality was very low compared to the price. 2. In a double room, there was only one power socket by the bed, which is a significant inconvenience in today’s world. 3. The coffee maker was placed on the desk, but there was no socket nearby, so I had to move it next to the bed in order to plug it in. 4. The room only had two water glasses, with no cups for coffee or tea, and of course no complimentary coffee or tea either. 5. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell coming from the shower area. 6. The location was also problematic for me, as there were no shops or restaurants nearby, making it very inconvenient. Overall, I do not find this hotel worth the money and would not recommend it.

The food was good, and the place is budget friendly but i booked thinking it was 4 stars ,it appeared it is in real 2 or 3 stars No room service The AC isnt cooling the room The air in the rooms needs purifying, me and my sisters booked two rooms and got sinusitis, rooms are too small
