酒店很新，也很干净，房间宽敞。餐厅有个室外平台可以远观第比利斯。 我们住在13层，早餐在15层，要爬2层楼。早晨突然停电，让我们恐慌了一下，不过10分钟左右就恢复了。

The breakfast has limited options. The breakfast was in 15 floor and no lift. The bed has sides which is not safe and comfortable for moving around.

Bed is not comfortable. Breakfast options can be more.

Everything ,reception warm welcoming to nice facilities to good breakfast service and my thanks to Mr David at the hotel receiption and hotel owner . Nothing

The staff was very good The room are not cleaned well during our stay I think only towels were changed The breakfast is very poor The facilities are too old like iron and the room has molds Wifi was bad No hot water for shower The elevator takes to much time

Everything was good specially the location Water is cut in the night time for 3 hrs only in one day

The location! Was so bad! Bad from all tourist attractions. Also, the building is 15 floors, only 2 floors are hotel, all remaining are resdinential floors

Staff: Both reception & restaurant staff were really nice, polite, supportive and warm. Room: Superb room, spacious, clean, well structured Bathroom: Big size, clean and very spacious Balcony: 14th floor amazing view, big balcony Breakfast: Really good and tasty breakfast, good variety, very polite restaurant staff. No such thing to be disliked

Nice and clean room, private parking, overall good support from personal. Great value for money. Basic breakfast, but you can't expect much with this price, so this is more advantage of having it rather then not having it at all. The location is far from city center.

It's located on two upper floors of an apartment building. This creates a mass with elevators in the morning. Hard to find a parking space outside. The breakfast is scarce, the coffee and scrambled eggs are subject to additional payment.

I wish there was more electric sockets especially near beds. Shower equipment might need renewal. Water pressure in bathroom faucet was kind of weak, but in shower it was totally fine.

Location was great. Very near to the city. However, the breakfast options were limited. The A/C is a little noisy.

Price Breakfast need more variety

Bed mattress was not comfy,very hard.Location is awful ,no grocery near ,It wasn't even far near.Near the hotel was only a lot of gas stations.There was a very poor choice at breakfast.No sound isolation,we were not able to sleep from 22:00 to 03:00 am ,and our filght was at 7am ,because of that we slept 3 hours!!Our upstairs neighbours were fighting or throw a furniture it was horrible sounds i cant explain.The were doing it for hours.I called to reception like 3 times but sounds ended in 3:30am.I was never in hotel like this when its allowed make noise after 22:00 at night.I can say that its not a couple hotel or family .I felt anxiety and danger .

I liked the location, relatively close to the airport There's a restaurant upstairs on the 15th floor with a very nice view and a rooftop to sit and relax 1. The showerhead holder was broken and it wasn't possible to hang the head - I had to hold the showerhead in my hand 2. After a minute of showering when I had shampoo on my head, the hot water simply ran out. We called and they said there was a pressure drop and that we should try again in 10 minutes to shower. Obviously I didn't do that after I was freezing in the shower from the cold water 3. We went to sleep and suddenly we started to smell frying oil - we had to open a window with cold air outside so the smell would go away 4. The bed was springy and not comfortable - I was expecting a more comfortable mattress In short, this hotel is not recommended
