It was the second time we stayed in this family size hotel. The room has cooling/heating AC, fridge, electric kettle also. It is close to Avlabari metro station in a quiet street. Bakery, market and restaurants are in walking distance.

Clean and Accommodating Staff The bed is not good for long stays. No water and soap.

The only problem we encountered was that our room was not ready on the first night. So we stayed in a different room and moved in the morning. It was not much of an inconvenience but it did happen.

I would highly recommend this place. Pretty clean room, cozy and quiet place. Nearby cafe, downtown and old Tbilisi. Everything is amazing, stuff is awesome

Awesome place and people. The view from room balcony was very beautiful and especially miss Sofia is very cute and very fluent in english. The hospitality was unforgettable. Cold water
