The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet area without noise. The location is convenient for visiting Tbilisi, with Avlabari metro station a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The staff was very kind. They offered help in choosing an excursion. They changed the bed sheets and towels, brought new bottles of water, refilled the tea bags, and washed the glasses. The room was a bit cold for this time of year, but the air conditioning worked well for heating and made it comfortable.

The hotel is located very close to the Europe Square and within a short walking distance from the city center; Nevertheless it is located in a quiet area. The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and filling. Also, the reception is open 24/7, which was important for us as we arrived late at night. The mattress was a bit hard

The room was clean and well maintained, with adequate amenities for a comfortable stay. The room size was good, offering enough space along with a pleasant view. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, which made it very convenient. The towels, although clean, felt quite old and could be replaced. The breakfast options were limited, and a bit more variety would improve the overall experience.

It was a very quiet room; especially, loved the firm bed. The food was good. The staff were friendly. They gave me a bottle of wine which was very tasty. I'll definitely choose this hotel when I come back to Georgia!! None.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. From the bottle of wine that welcomed me upon arrival, to the moment when a hotel staff member kindly carried my bag all the way to the taxi as I was leaving. Everything was not just good, but truly exceptional — and all delivered with genuine warmth and impeccable tact. I spent 7 days here, so I know what I’m talking about. The hotel is spotlessly clean and perfectly located. I especially want to highlight the windows that completely block out city noise - something very important in a large city. The breakfast was wonderful as well, with something to suit everyone’s taste. None
