Very nice hotel with tasty breakfast and good location Everything was really good

I really enjoyed my stay at Batesta Hotel. The hotel offers a simple and comfortable atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would be happy to stay here again. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The first is the lift; it makes unusual and somewhat frightening noises, which can be uncomfortable for guests. It would also be helpful to provide universal power adapters or international sockets, as many travelers come from different countries and may not have the correct plug type. Another challenge is the lack of a designated area for taxis to stop. Sometimes taxis arrive on the left side of the hotel and sometimes on the right, requiring guests to carry heavy luggage, which can be inconvenient. A clearly marked drop-off and pick-up point would greatly improve the guest experience. In addition, there was no hand shower in the toilet. Considering that many guests come from the Middle East and Asia, this would be a valuable and appreciated addition. Finally, providing a little more complimentary drinking water in the room would make the stay even more comfortable.

This is a very good hotel and offers excellent value for money. Its location is one of its biggest advantages. Everything you might need is nearby, including supermarkets, restaurants, currency exchange offices, and many other useful services. A large shopping center, City Mall, is located close to the hotel. The nearest metro station is Medical University, which is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the breakfast is much better than what you would typically expect from a three-star hotel. It is varied, satisfying, and well-prepared. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here, especially because we really liked the Saburtalo neighborhood. One point that may be worth considering is that the hotel is not located in the city center. If this is your first visit to Tbilisi, you may want to keep that in mind. However, the hotel itself is situated in an excellent area with plenty of amenities nearby. A few suggestions that could make this already good hotel even better: Adding a safety deposit box in the rooms would be greatly appreciated. Providing a toaster at breakfast would allow guests to toast their bread, which would be a nice improvement. It would also be helpful to place warmers under the hot breakfast items, such as eggs and omelets, to keep them at the proper temperature. We had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Good value for money. The breakfast was decent and the general cleanliness was fine. The location is not bad. Our room was quite quiet, with no noise from outside, although we did hear some sounds from other rooms and the hallway. The bed was terrible and not comfortable at all. Also, the curtains were not blackout, which was an issue as we prefer to sleep in a dark room. Regarding housekeeping, we stayed for 5 nights; the room was not serviced for the first 3 days, but it was taken care of for the remaining 2 days.

The hotel is old, but the location is very good and the staff are good. Everything we needed was provided, such as a clothes iron and an umbrella. Thank you.
