The property was excellent in every way. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. Honestly, nothing significant to mention. Everything was well managed and the stay was very enjoyable.

The smell from the bathroom is not very good! And attention. It is the room in a house with a shared living room.

Wonderful location and rooms but most importantly, amazing hosts! I really recommend this place in Tbilisi, Tamara and Sergei are kind people with a warm heart that will share their time with you. I don't speak a word of Russian, but we shared a drink and a good time.

I would love to share my wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, the owner contacted us and kindly offered a transfer from the airport. That thoughtful gesture made our arrival so much easier — we didn’t have to stress about finding a random taxi after a long journey. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who also surprised us with a bottle of wine. It was such a kind and personal touch that instantly made us feel at home. The hotel itself is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which was perfect for relaxing. Despite the calm surroundings, it’s only a 5–7 minute walk to the Old City — a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The room was extremely comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping was excellent, and the entire place was spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh and tasty options that we really enjoyed. What truly made this stay unforgettable were the owners. They are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable people. They constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the area. One of the most memorable parts of our trip was a special excursion arranged by the owner. He even invited us to his home and showed us how they make their own wine — a unique and beautiful experience that we will always remember. To sum it all up, our stay was absolutely fantastic and truly unforgettable for me and my parents. Everything — from the warm welcome to the peaceful location, the delicious food, and the personal attention — was beyond expectations. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Tamar & Georgi are kind, wonderful, and accommodating. We felt like we were getting a more “real” and warm Georgian experience than if we stayed in a big hotel. The small building with rooms that they have built with the hotel is high quality and they have amenities for you like a fridge and kitchen downstairs that are very useful. Tamar also makes her own homemade wine and has a little turtle garden that is really beautiful. The key they give you can give you exit/entry access 24/7. I would stay here again! Please note that this runs more similar to an AirBnb property than a hotel building with a 24 hour reception, etc. The couple have built a separate building on their property with very comfortable hotel rooms. It may be a bit tricky to find if you come in the evening since there is no large “hotel label”. If you use Bolt to come here, use the address to find the property location.

Loved the stay. The hosts Tamara and Giorgi are very warm people. They accomodated to our needs very well. The room was clean and the breakfast was so good... I would highly recommend staying at the property. Nothing.

Our hosts could not have been more helpful & friendly. We are sad we could not stay longer to enjoy more of what Tbilisi had to offer. The property is exceptionally well priced for what you get. Maybe a little hidden but a gem in the area. Our taxi found it very difficult to find but managed in the end. A sign outside might help to find the property a bit easier.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel in Tbilisi. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with all the comforts we needed. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with any request. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and a personal touch in Tbilisi! One of the staff take us to the airport in the early morning with extra payment. Everything was very good.

Hosts was very friendly and helpful. They recommended us good place to dinner near the house. Also it was comfortable and cozy apartments where we could relax after a road trip.

The hospitality of owners is outstandable! Very kind persons warm and wellcoming . They took care of every thing we asked for! Close to peace bridge. Unique and empressive atmosfere of yard. Ckean and neaty! The matrass was to soft for us

Thank you Tamara for accomodating us for 1 week. Will definitely come to your place again in the future. And will recommend to friends. Price is cheap for a 1 week stay, room and toilet are spacious with a bonus balcony. The great thing is, it is very close to city center so you can walk that it will take u less than 20 minutes. Thank you Tamara we will surely miss your place.. We didnt find any problem
