Very good location. Maximum close to all old Tbilisi city locations. And in same time very quite place. Very comfort and beautiful rooms. Maximum security. All amendments in place, very clean. Everything is working perfectly. Definitely will stay there again next time in Tbilisi. All just perfect!

Modern deco, very clean, amazing shower pressure and toiletries. The hosts go above and beyond to help. I was asking where to buy good chuchkhella and they’ve kindly brought some from the market for me. I wasn’t expecting such a gesture. Very clean, everything works well. Location is unbeatable.

The room was clean. The location was perfect! Too small and narrow. No elevator which made it difficult to get the luggage upstairs but the receptionist was so helpful.

The hotel is walking distance to the touristic area and the bus station for transfers to Armenia. There is restaurants in the street that are open until late and a few stores. The room is beautifull and comfortable. The staff seems to be a bit unhappy there is no smile in the faces isnt properly a welcoming approach, even thought there is breakfast, the meals are cold and not varied. The toilet is beautifull but there was a strange smell.

It is in an excellent location - close to all the sights of the old city without the crush of crowds you’ll find across the river. Walk everywhere! But more importantly our hostess was amazing going well above and beyond to help us with our delayed luggage and seeing it through to the moment it was driven, by her trusted driver, from the airport to the hotel after the airline took over 48 hrs to get it to Tbilisi airport and the airport staff told us their driver had gone home for the day so we’d have wait until the next day (I won’t be leaving any resounding reviews about the airline!). And they sell homemade wine in the wine shop across the street that is very very good! I really didn’t dislike anything but maybe you might find some of the street noises including people eating outside at the adjacent restaurants disturbing when sleeping. Not serious tho

the hotel is very well located and the staff very helpful - special thanks to Tamari and people at the restaurant in the morning, they changed the towels over one night, which I didnt expect, at least the price is matching the level - this has nothing like the photos, has nothing like a hotel, very tiny rooms and old, not even space to open the suitcase, the neighbors were very noisy after midnight but as its not a proper hotel with reception no way to complain about it, we could hear cars from the street as not well isolated, the bed sheets were clean but there was men hair in the bathrooms floor and the room probably from the previous customer, also the breakfast is very very poor the tap was broken and would fall anytime we left the hotel with one more night paid because there was no elevator to use for the big suitcases, and they refused to answer for the free cancellation for both rooms - requested from booking (feedback from booking that they got no return from the hotel) to send email complaining that we didn't come for the checkin for none of the rooms previously booked and paid, its paid already and they didn't accept the cancellation so its absurd to complain for not showing up knowing that they knew and they still said they will charge additional penalty

Great panoramic view from the terrace. (Get the room with terrace it's worth it!) Comfortable bed. Spacious clean room. Wifi is ok. The stairs up with luggage. But that we knew from previous reviews.

The room was clean, mattress and pillows were comfortable. Excellent location. Tamari the hostess was polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The staff were quick to help with any questions or problems. The hotel was a bit depilated- peeling wallpaper, broken step, poor air circulation in the bathroom but other than that was definitely worth the price and we had a good and comfortable stay.

The location is super for travelling. Window view in the family room was amazing. Hotel is pet friendly. Thank you for help with our luggage.
