Very good location, very clean, plenty of room

A really great little hotel in the heart of Tbilisi old town. The room is comfortable and there is a wonderful terrace with an excellent view over the city. Natalia is an extremely accommodating host - she reached out to us many days before our stay to confirm everything and was so helpful with tips, restaurant recommendations and tour suggestions. Definitely stay here! Nothing - we really enjoyed everything about our stay

This small and quiet hotel offers beautiful views of old Tbilisi and is conveniently located just a short walk from the historic center, with plenty of restaurants, gift shops, and sightseeing spots nearby. What really makes the stay special is the host, Natalia, who is attentive, proactive, very frindly, and always ready to help accommodate her guests’ needs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing—perfect for anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay in Tbilisi.

Natalia, the host, was extremely helpful with setting me up with tours and recommending what tours would be doable for me since I had a mobility issue. The breakfast and views from the balcony were amazing. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Old Town. Nothing

Wonderful host! Friendly, attentive, and helpful. Rooftop patio was nice. Steep hill but no view from our tiny room. Ceiling was low and we kept hitting our head.

Staying at Betlemi left me with the sense that this is a boutique, warm, and personal place rather than a big hotel. It feels more like staying in someone’s well-kept guesthouse — with attention to small details, personal touches, and a homey ambiance.

We are happy to stay here longer than for 1 night and enjoy the spirit of Old Tbilisi. The host is very friendly and chatty. She prepared great breakfast every morning. The terrace offers spectacular views to the city. It is absolutely great place to taste high quality wines from Kacheti and learn more about daily life here. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here for the first two days of our georgia trip. absolutely great place to be and we had a very nice view of old town from the window as well. Natalia is a great and kind lady who helped us with trips around the city and gave tips for places to visit. Place was clean and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay overall. 10/10

The location was fantastic. Easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and the thermal baths. Natalia was the kindest host. Very helpful and super friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. We really appreciate the little addition treats, like the complementary glass of wine and the chocolates before bed.

11/10 experience! If, by some miracle, this hotel isn’t booked when you are looking, definitely book here!? First, the location is incredible, close to everything, and easily walkable. This hotel was perfect, so clean, comfortable bed, and the balcony and rooftop were exceptional. Last but not least the lovely host, Natalia, was so kind, helpful, and accommodating; thank you Natalia for being such a wonderful host ? Everything was wonderful!

Natasha, the host, was incredibly accommodating and felt like an instant friend in a new city. Her lovely terrace and wine selection along with great recommendations of places to go were top notch. We traveled with a large group of friends and rented several rooms from her and instantly felt at home. Definitely one of the most memorable places I've stayed. Showing up at 5am was no problem and she had a taxi waiting for me at the airport. Great location and easy walk to many bars and cafes.

The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town. All historical places are just few minutes of walk. The host Natalya is amazing - so hospitable, caring and supportive - she will always provide you the best service and the best advice as well. Really a great pleasure, a rare experience to meet such a pleasant person. The building is old and cozy, with nice balconies and huge terrace so you can have breakfast with the best city view. The rooms are nice - everything is in place. The breakfast is ready made just for you from the best ingredients. Natalia always takes into account your needs such as earlier breakfast and is ready to prepare it for you before normal hours. The only thing - please keep in mind that the hotel is located always on top of the hill, so, if you have some problems with health or just don't want to climb every time, think twice not to be disappointed.

Our hotel manager, Natalia, was an exceptional host. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, from recommending restaurants to planning sightseeing activities. She even offered us a complimentary two glasses of wine, which we truly appreciated. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit in the future! The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to navigate. There’s a small hill to climb, but we found an alternative path! Thank you Natalia! A very very minor issue—the stained glass next to the balcony door let in some light, making it a bit difficult for us to fall asleep.

Our host, Natalia was very helpful with our needs. Gave us traveling tips, arrived with a welcoming drink, arranged our transport and kept our room as comfy as possible.
