Hotel Diadema

The hotel is located near the Metro Station. I booked the place in Hotel Diadema, because location was absolutely oerfect for me, but later they told me that they had changed the location and instead of hotel Diadema I stayed in another place in another district :))) Room was too small, cold and noisy.

This is a nice and clean hotel. We had a fantastic balcony in the room and could enjoy a drink in the shade looking at a quiet local street. The hotel is conveniently located near the Isani metro station. The lunch is rather poor. Fresh bread and fresh fruit during the fruit season would be very welcome.

Very good hotel for the money, clean, quiet, warm in the room, consistently warm water. Breakfast is simple but tasty and plentiful. The staff is always there and you don't have to look for an administrator when you need it. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Several times in the morning the shower smelled like sewage. That's all.

Every time I come to Tbilisi, I stay at this hotel. It has everything I need: stable and fast Internet, cozy rooms and good staff. I also want to mention the good location of the hotel. Special thanks to the administrator who helped to order a taxi. I will definitely come again

Excellent hotel: clean, well-furnished room, friendly staff and good service. I would especially like to note the convenient location of the hotel. There is a metro station nearby, as well as several chain stores and cafes. I was also pleasantly surprised by the high speed of Wi-Fi in the hotel. Thanks!!!

I like the staff they are very approachable and accommodating especially Alex who is very friendly and the lady who helped us to arrange for the taxi to go to the airport on our last day. The location was a bit far from the old town city and Galleria. We had a bad experience with the taxi driver it's strange because he asked for 20$ cost for the taxi from the hotel going to Galleria. The other taxi driver asking overprice even though we know the cost of the fare but the taxi was arrogant and aggressive. The hotel's not clean and very dusty. We stayed there for 14 days I am the one who clean the top of our bed because it's very dusty as well as the floor. The bed were not comfortable is completely horrible our back hurting hard.

it served the purpose of being close to the airport just for a few hour stay. Very basic hotel, room is not soundproof. Staff are not the friendliest. Interior design of the room is a bit cringe.

I love this place, it’s really beyond my expectations for my very first night in Tbilisi. We landed around midnight and there’s a pickup (with a small charge) from the hotel. All staffs are very welcoming. And the georgian breakfast was well prepared for us, it’s amazing and delicious. The room is just perfect. Thank you. Nothing.

I like that hotel offered another room, which even is more expensive, because of the issues with the initial one. It seems, that someone from staff is stealer! We accidentally forgot some expensive jewelry when we check out from the room and we absolutely sure about it, but when we came back, administrator said that hadn’t seen anything in our room. Btw there was dirty in the room.

Excellent location. Just two stations from center of Tbilisi.

I didn't like isolation of the rooms.This problem can't be solved in a short time.I understand that.However manager asked employees to speak down to avoid disturbing guests.Which is applaudable. Breakfast is normal. Overall everything was good
