Room was just like the picture. Friendly staff. There was no basket nor tissues outside the bathroom. It was not an hotel, they were just rooms and no one helped us to carry our luggage

The location, cleanliness. The staff are very kind. Very close to the city center. It might be a little steep walk for some people. But we enjoyed it with my wife. Quiet neighborhood, trees and birds all around. The only thing that bothered us was the absence of bidet. Apart fron that, everything was excellent. Recommend it to everyone.

Close to city center, big park . Nice room, comfortable bed and warm-hearted owner of apartment. Recommended!

This is a really cute and homely place which is very central! Really beautiful views and walking distance from everything.

The owner was very welcoming from the very first conversation. She offered us welcoming wine as well. The apartment is very spacious, with a nice sofa included. Everything was clean, the bathroom also had shower gel & shampoo.

The room was realy clean and staff was really hospitable

It's just a great apartment in old Tbilisi. Everything that you see on the pictures is 100% the same. Great view from Balcony. superb location, everything was around the place. Very positive communication with the host Giorgi. The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday. Highly recommended.

It’s a very nice place with a small beautiful church in the yard. We felt like at home here ?Beds are very cosy , we slept like babies)) If you need something you always can ask the host , she is a nice woman who lives next building. Also 3 buildings up the street there is an exceptional restaurant “5 rooms” . There are cheap and very tasty breakfasts! Make sure to go there ! Best breakfasts in the city ! You ll not regret! ?

Beautiful room in a very nice position to visit the city. The host was helpful (there is a lady for the checking which doesn't speak english, but all was fine - for any questions I wrote them a message and they were replying super fast). I will definitely come back here during the next trip to Tblisi!

Well decorated with a small but welcome balcony. Friendly host. Excellent location. Comfortable mattress. Taxi driver found it hard to find but photos were sent in advance so we helped him out. Other guests slammed doors in the night..... not the fault of the the property.

I like the room we stayed in. The bathroom is on the terrace and walls are made of glass. ? Location is a but dar away from the old town.

This is the perfect hotel to explore the city, very charming location in the city centre next to the beautiful church. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Owners are very nice and helpful people. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Surrounded by care and kindness, this is how I can describe this place and I will settle down with great comfort for a few days to visit beautiful Tbilisi. With Nanana, I felt like a child, she almost took me everywhere by the hand.
