Great location and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean Didn’t have the whole set of toiletries (toothbrush etc.) despite having everything else + the hotel is on the third floor and there’s no elevator to bring your suitcase up

The entrance of the building is a bit odd but once you go up the 3rd floor where the hotel is, it is accurate like the pictures

The receptionist are all very kind and smiling. The bedding is comfy af They cleaned my room everyday and changed all towels everyday too even though I hang them. The room is spacious TV has many channels The lights, you could choose if you want bright white light, white light or warm light! The area seems to be very dodgy, but it's not at all. It's just on a small alley way There is no elevator I reported shower hose is leaking (water leaks a lot than going to the shower head), they checked and said its okay. But the leak is still there. The coffee packaging, is not tear friendly. So hard to open. It's really not a bad thing at all. Just these things happened. I will still come here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the center. Clean and nice room, comfortable beds. Slippers, towels, bathrobe were provided. Room is a bit small, but I needed just a clean cozy place to sleep and take shower, so it was perfect for me. Will come back again. -

The outside photo of the hotel is too old and totally different from the reality as the neighbours in the upper made too much disturbing noises till4 am, since the hotel is only one floor!

The location was amazing. I have to mention their shower I could take shower all day. They don't have a lift but still its ok since its in the third floor

The location of the Ornament Hotel is amazing, and the interior is very appealing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the receptionists are very friendly. Everything went smoothly.
