Breakfast was good, they could have some options though Less food options available, they should have a night menu too

Prettye expensive for what you get. Food was decent, but brought to the room without cutlery. The second time the delivery guy tipped himself when I paid by card, not entirely sure because he turned the portal after I tapped to pay and selected the option to tip on his own. There are ongoing constructions right outside the window, and the top floor restaurant has views of another two ongoing construction sites. The on-site parking in the basement is freely available, but not the best. It's flooded and dark, there's a lot of trash and nowhere to walk up beside the same ramp all cars drive down.

- Location is ok. Close to the city center, but not directly the Old City. So to get to the city is 25 mins walk or taxi - Food is good - Staff is very inexperienced, no regular cleaning, missing water supply while it was 35+ degrees. People are forced to pay for any additional bottle of water. - Many rooms with doors not closed automatically. If you dont close a door manually, you are risking to leave the door open when you are leaving. Half of the guests did that mistake, noone could fix that from the staff. - No vaults in rooms. Especially when there are issues with the door closing, it is big issue related to safety - Maison Terrace - staff is very unfriendly. Tried to taste a watermelon brought with me at the restaurant, was refused and sent off. Even after having dinner there every day. Can’t satisfy not regular requests, don’t understand what their customers need. If you pretend to be 4 stars, is not just about a bed and food. Its about understanding what your clients might want.

We arrived early, and the manager welcomed us before the official check-in time since our room was ready. This was excellent for us, as it allowed us to change our travel clothes and head out for lunch more quickly. The room was clean and well prepared and super clean. The location was not ideal as it was easy to overlook and situated near old buildings. The breakfast was acceptable, but it could be improved as it lacked some items.

The only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast quality was poor and did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel improves this, as everything else was very good.

Everything! The hotel is super clean, has good breakfast, we had an AMAZING room with a beautiful and vast terrace. The location is also great, close to the city center and the staff were very warm and welcoming. All in all, a great experience!! Nothing.

The service is awful, gym is bad…

The hotel was nice and comfy, The staff were very attentive and kind at all times, the kids really enjoyed both pools and we did as well :) Our family room was nice, with 2 balconies and a separate room for the kids, the bathroom was very nice as well and clean. Everything we asked for the room was brought right away and they welcomed us with a fruit platter in the room Which was a nice touch. Overall it was a good stay! Sadly both tvs in the room didnt work, even after the technician came to change them. Also some finishing and details in the room look already old, so maybe they could think of renewing some stuff, but it wasnt a critical detail.

housekeeping manager, staff and bill boy were very welcoming and had a great smile Rude and untrained reception staff with the exception of 2 girls, very hard to deal with and they treat requests with the lowest care. I had asked for a bottle opener and was told I can’t take it to the room and they would be happy to open for me if I bring my bottle down to reception. ( I had 6 beers and wanted to drink with my friends in our room ). Every time you ask for a room key they make a face and act like it’s made of gold. If you request towels or iron to the room you are better off going down to reception because they take forever to bring. We started asking housekeeping staff ourself to give us towels when they were passing by in the hallway. I asked for a spoon at 12 they told me it’s not possible. And in another instance I asked for a plate and was met with the same answer. 80% of the request we made was met with the answer ( sorry it’s not possible at this time ). I asked for shampoo because the one in the room was empty. They didn’t fill it until the next day.

Room was not cleaned thoroughly when i checked in. Found a used toothbrush in the shower and body wash bottle was empty

Property is not very well maintained. Elevators don't always work. In the restaurant many cups and plates are half-borken. bar on the first floor looks permanently abandoned.

Very noisey

The pool was warm and clean. So was the Jacuzzi. The Saunas looked pleasent but I didn't have time to try them. Breakfast was all in all good.

There was not smart tv in the room
