The location is great if u want to catch long distance trains from Tiblisi

The location is great because there is a party around, a market, lots of shops, a train station, Zoo...if I return to Tbilisi, I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very nearby to railway station and local shopping area.

The location is very convenient, being near the train station and with a Carrefour just a few steps away. We had agreed upon arrival that we would take our breakfast in takeaway boxes. In the morning, I even double-checked with the receptionist, and he confirmed that everything was ready. However, when we came down to the reception, we were told the boxes were not ready. We had booked the room including breakfast, so being told at the last minute to go to the restaurant instead was quite unpleasant and disappointing.

Location Air conditioning system was not working my 4 year old kid freezed.When I told this to receptionist he told me nothing he can do with distespectful behaviour.

Room 421 was Comfortable, clean and the hotel’s near the Metro train There was no pillow on the 1st night and was provided on 2nd night. No shower gel on 1st & 2nd night. Surprisingly, I noticed on my 3rd night/check-out 25 Oct), it was provided.

This hotel does not have Room Service or a Minibar evn though on Booking.com and their in-room booklet on the desk it says they do. Very disapointing. The desk chair broke. There was no light bulb in the desk lamp. VERY small room. The bed iteself was not one bed but two small beds pushed together so sleeping in the center was uncomfortable and the two small beds would seperate druing the night.

Doing my homework in advance, my transit from the airport went well. When I got out of the airport, a taxi driver asked me where I was going to. He then offered to take me to the hotel for "only" 40 EUR. I said no thanks and asked at the info desk from where does the bus depart. I went to the right of the outside of the airport until I found the bus. The only method of payment is by card inside the bus. You tap your card and 1.5GEL appears on your statement. It took about 10 minutes and we departed. The direction is the main train station. I got off 1 stop before. I could see the station about 100 metres further. Then it was walking back about 30m, cross the street and there was the hotel. Entrance from the small street. Going by taxi from the airport will save you about 15 minutes. The bus stops only a few places. My arrival time at the airport was 13.30 The evening I went to a restaurant very close to where I got off the bus - on reccomendation of the receptionist of the hotel. The food was good, also the wine. It has cost me 30GEL. After settling in my room, I took a walk to make sure exactly where to go the next morning to get on the correct train. If you depart from platform one, you are better off. Mine was platform 2. You can go up by elevator, but the one which must take you down, does not work - probably for a long time. So, you have to carry your luggage down a long way by stairs. I also noticed that afternoon that the sidewalk across the hotel entrance was so full of holes, that you can hardly walk there. Your suitcase's wheels will brake off. So, I realized that the next moring I will have to walk in the street to the station, as if I am a car driving ! I survived !

Very good location, fast check-in and helped me with storing luggage till late after checkout. Room was too pricey, small room with a petite balcony. Can find multiple options which are better at much less cost. Would not recommend unless you need something very close to Tbilisi railway station.

The location is a bit inconvenient for those wanting to explore the city easily - it's quite far from downtown and not within walking distance of major attractions or dining options. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the minibar did not include a refrigerator, which made it difficult to store any drinks or snacks. This was a bit disappointing, especially for longer stays.

The hotel was clean, stylish, and located in a very convenient area. The staff were friendly and always helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. There wasn’t anything we really disliked. Everything met our expectations.

There were no home shoes, teeth gel ams douche was a little bit broken

The staff, room and facilities were all great and clean. Location of the hotel is really good as it’s close to the train station. A very helpful tip to other travellers - book a Bolt from the airport, do not ask the hotel to pick you up. The hotel charged us 90GEL whereas a Bolt taxi cost 36GEL. Huge difference.
