When we arrived for check-in around 9 pm, the room was not ready at all. The room was dirty, a lot of dark hair on the floor. Bed is very uncomfortable. As a result, my back hurts. Property doesn't have an elevator, and stairs are narrow. The shower is barely working, with little to no hot water pressure. This property should be much cheaper and advertised as a hostel / guest house.

No electricity almost half day, no hot water in toilet , no reception staff , very bad experience in my stay. At all not professional.

Twice stayed on this hotel. If ever will come back to Tbilisi again, i will still choose to stay in this property.. price value, location, cleanliness and very helpful, friendly and nice staff.

nothing good! It was just awful. as soon as I checked in and went into the room, I squeezed out used towels everywhere, then asked the owner to change them for new ones, they apologized and said that they forgot to change them. then I went into the shower there was women's hair everywhere and men's... I won't go into details. there was hair everywhere and on the bed and under the blanket and on the nightstands. in short, everything was dirty! my room was called Deluxe).

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully arranged. The housekeeping team was very attentive and made sure everything was always perfect. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the team were.

Though the facade looked old, but the rooms are clean, and smells good. The owner/staff is really nice and friendly. Near to the establishments, shops, restaurants. I will recommend this to my friends. value for money.

I stayed there for about 3 weeks. The cleaning staff didn't bother me and I had a very comfortable stay. The location was great and the bus stop was close by, so it was convenient for going far away. The walls were thin. You could hear people walking and the TV etc…It didn't bother me though...
