The rooms could use some refurbishing. Because of the rainy season, the bed sheets were constantly damp.

• Calm. • Clean and well maintained. • The breakfast was OK. • Private pool with a nice view on the forest. • The staff are very friendly and helpful. •Most of the time the water is cold. When taking a shower it starts hot and suddenly becomes very cold i believe this is due to the brand of the water hitter. • Sometimes the room is noisy due to the road next to the villa. Sometimes noisy motorbikes are passing by the road. • The villa is isolated from the city so don’t expect any market near by however there are restaurants near by (10 min walking distance). So i advice you to do a grocery before heading to the villa.

I loved the pool and jungle view. Also the staff was very nice! Nothing. Just be aware the jungle has lots of noises so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The room was very nice with an outdoor bathroom, but the best feature was the view of the trees and rice field below--watching an old man harvest grass, the birds, a boy fishing.... AC was great and bed was ok. The breakfast was ok but the fruit was not ripe. Wasn't too bad but the motorcycle on the road were loud at times. Didn't disturb our sleep. Not a fan of the "on demand" water heater. Shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold.

There is no city noise at all – only pure nature. At night, the frogs can be quite loud, but in a very charming way, adding to the authentic jungle atmosphere. Just 100 meters uphill from the hotel you’ll find a very good restaurant. If you enjoy exploring, you can easily rent a scooter and ride around the nearby villages, rice fields, and beautiful countryside. It’s also the ideal place to truly rest and sleep well, as there is no stress or hustle – only nature and tranquility.

Very relax and chill place. The staffs are amazing. Our villa is so nice, it was like we lived in the nature. Breakfast was lovely. Loved it! Thanks for the help with laundry and luggages☺️

Beautiful property. Nice location, quiet. Nice rooms. Nice helpful staff. Excellent breakfast No hot water in the shower. No natural light in the room and the lighting is super weird. Small beds.

Wonderful experience, lovely helpful staff, dreamy view of the jungle. The breakfast was tasty, freshly prepared at the reception. No mosquitoes (it's colder here than on the coast, so they tend to swarm there). The view of the surrounding jungle was breathtaking. 10 stars, definitely. This has nothing to do with the accomodation quality, but it's the jungle and sometimes you encounter (or get in the room) big spiders and other animals. But we see it as a part of the experience, you should know what you sign up for when you book an accomodation literally in the jungle.

Amazing facilities. We stayed in the private pool villa and it was lovely. The staff was incredible kind and helpful. Location is not the best, not too easy to reach. On the other hand that makes it very calm :)

Our recent stay at Sebatu Tullen Villa was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. The private infinity pool was the perfect place to relax and soak up the stunning scenery. The villa itself was beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. It was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious getaway. But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It exceeded all of our expectations, with a delicious variety of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We highly recommend Sebatu Tullen Villa to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable Bali experience. Everything was amazing.

It is very beautiful and peaceful. If you'd like to be away from the buzz of the city, this is the perfect place. The staff are also very kind and helpful, they explained everything when we got there. We also asked for a floating breakfast and they prepared it on time and had the pool warm and ready. Will definitely come back!

Great view from the rooms.. and our pool villa was really lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you guys for the hospitality. All the resorts hotels attractions and rice fields in the area are along the road .. it can get noisy early morning

It’s a bit far from Ubud so it was sometimes hard to find transportation back at night.
