We enjoyed a one-night getaway with 4 of us friends. The chalet we stayed in was clean and spacious with a nice view of the pool and the surrounding trees. We took a walk in the evening before dinner-time just before sunset. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. The food was tasty and the portions were very generous.

Great escape away. Not much to do in the actual resort but the butterfly farm was very close. Restaurant menu was limited, buffet breakfast limited as well.

Secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of baru ferringhi which is about 25 min drive. Surrounded with lush jungle with nothing to do is the best way to relax and re charge. The staff was helpful. Didn't feel like we were in Penang itself. Must have your own vehicle because it is quite secluded and the nearest restaurant is about 15 min drive. Maybe the need to improve the level of cleanliness of the windows in the room since it gets easily dirty but other than that nothing really.

Isolated and very quiet to get away from thr craziness for a night. The food was very good, but limited. The staff were all friendly and helpful There is nothing much to do. 2 nights was too long in my opinion. The pool was much smaller than expected and the room was not clean from all the dead insects on the floor and bed

Lacking of clothes / towel hooks, no plug adapter for the 2-pin plug bed lamps in the room, wobbly balcony wooden chair and table need maintenance.

The rooms were very comfortable and accomodating with all the necessary items provided. The stairs near and around the wet area and swimming pool need to be kept clean from wet and moss to avoid slipperiness.
