Highly recommend!

Everything was fine except for the air conditioner. In the middle of the night , it started to sound like a freight train. Couldn't sleep anymore after three a m. Spoke with management about it in the morning.They were supposed to respond to me and nothing so very disappointing with staff service

I requested a handicap room with a walk in shower and got a room with a bathtub I had to crawl into. It was 113 degrees when I arrived but the swimming pool was closed for maintenance and only opened the following day and I check out the following morning so was only able to use the pool once during a 2 day stay.

I slept horribly. Someone about me was getting up virtually every hour and sounded like an elephant walking. Traffic on the 101 sounded like NASCAR. The Restaurant “Tipsy” was horrible; Worst food I have had in years. Breakfast is mediocre, and it’s disgusting that you have to PAY for parking! Ridiculous!

The location was great I Was just married down the street at a beautiful venue and booked a king room with king bed, I even noted on our stay this was our honeymoon. At check in the front desk said they switched our room to a double queen bed room. Very disappointing since this was literally our honeymoon and find it hard to believe no king bed room (which we originally booked) was available. To top it off we heard kids running back and forth above us all night!!! Also ROOM service, is not delivered to your room. You must walk down to retrieve your own food

Between the sanitary issues, the exhaust fumes in the room, and the indifferent attitude from the staff, this was a highly disappointing experience. I expect a much higher standard from the Hilton brand and this hotel and staff are absolutely poor.
