My family stayed 4 nights. We stayed in the 2 bed/2 bath suite. Our room was great. The beds were very comfortable. Having separate bedrooms was very nice. Having a full kitchen was fantastic & convenient. The staff was excellent! The provided breakfast was lacking. We ended up utilizing the kitchen in our room quite a bit.

Instead, I was charged twice, totaling nearly $600. When I called, the manager claimed she inspected the room after I left and found no issues, but would not explain the dirt and debris shown in my photos. She also suggested I had only checked in to shower and sleep, which makes no sense since I live nearby and had planned an overnight stay with my family. The condition of the room was concerning, but the way this situation was handled afterward was even more disappointing. NANCY is supposedly the name of the manager. I spoke with the second day that stated that she checked the room herself and they are charging me.

YES, the carpet was filthy, i had to request extra sheets and towel and use them to walk on while staying at the Sonesta Motel. Then i was rudely disrespected by a front desk clerk name JAMIE, over my key card needing to be remade. Hotel employee was horrible!!!

Breakfast Well I wanted to stay 2 more nights but the front desk said I didn't make a reservation so she charged me 105$ the the 2 nights I stayed previously was only 150$ sucks because now I'm having to leave today

I dont know what was going on but 3 police cars were present something was going on upstairs and all the Marijuana smell from another room wasnt great.
