Sonesta Select Tempe Downtown

however starbucks inside was closed earlier the 2 days stayed there.and no water bottle to prepare coffee inside the room. very noisy people in the room next to mine, knocking the door and yelling to get the door open, chatting during the night until 8am the 2 nights.

Very dirty, they don’t clean the rooms, keys never work

Good 3 nights stay, very convenient, bus stop right in front, Wholefood 2 minutes walk. Nice staff

Great one-night stay in Tempe. Close to all downtown restaurants, movie theater, Whole Foods, etc. Took the light rail train right from the airport to two blocks from the hotel. Super convenient to everything. Nice, clean room with a fun sofa and comfortable bed. Staff was very nice.

Fine for the price. Charging for parking is over the top.

I had a wonderful stay at this small hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the personal touch that larger hotels often lack. We had an "accessible" room. The bed was so high that this 5' woman needed to borrow a stepladder to get into it. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Don't expect much for breakfast - it's a "Starbucks" but food options are limited and not very good.

We always stay here after going to salt river and the place is friendly, clean, walking distance from any bar or store you need anything by. We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. Reccomend there is access to a pool and gum also laundry if need.

The property and rooms are not clean. WiFi connection is unstable, so it’s difficult to work from the hotel. Location is convenient.

Then, they refused to refund the rooms. Expedia was no help in getting this sorted out either. All they wanted to do was shower and sleep. We were left searching for another place to stay at the very last moment. They weren't able to stay, at no fault of ours, and the money paid for the rooms was kept. That is theft. I have never dealt with anything like this before.

My feedback on my stay at Sonesta Select Tempe Downtown from June 5th to June 7th. I was disappointed to find the pool and hallway carpets dirty, the elevator poorly maintained, and the day staff unprofessional. I hope this information helps improve the guest experience at this location.

The hotel didn’t really have a lot to offer as far as amenities. The staff was very brash and not too friendly, especially the one that checked us in. The young lady that checked us out was a lot nicer. Don’t think I would stay at your property again just didn’t feel comfortable.

Conveniently located near ASU, down down Tempe. Nice place to stay but you have to pay for parking.

Great location in Downtown Tempe. Clean room and comfortable bed ( tho very high to climb into!). Bit scruffy, lack of decent TV channels.
