This property was still under construction and not able to check in. Booking.com was not aware I’m still trying get a refund.

The hotel was still under construction and not even open .. we had travelled from New Zealand after 20 hours of travelling and had to find replacement accommodation .. extremely dissatisfied with Expedia

So clean & safe The a/c in my room didn’t work so had to move to another floor

Great time. Very Clean. Staff was very friendly. Quiet.

Under construction, Fire alarm went off several times during the night and the next night. Not many channels available on TV. Had I known it was under construction I wouldn't have stayed there.

Was not impressed at all with the hotel

The staff made the property, they were so kind and professional. Would rate them a 100 out of 10.

We arrived to the property and found that it was under construction, because of some sort of water/flood damage. The main floor was not open...blocked off and and the dinning/ area not available.

Very nice clean room. Nice linens. Bad Leak under kitchen sink in 407. Need paper coffee cups in rooms and medium or light roast coffee. All I had was dark roast. Had to go out in sub freezing temps to get my own cup out of the car to take my coffee with me. These are small things it’s a very nice hotel. Of course for $200 it better be.

Lovely hotel with friendly English speaking staff

Everything went well. Property was nice and clean. Easy in and out. Liked the location, near the interstate but not loud, and also right next to a residential area. Saw deer in the morning near the wooded area. Stayed three nights, no problems at all. Will stay there again.

Exceptional

The evening clerk of August 19th, said that he couldn't find my Booking.com reservation; said my driver's license was fake, told me my receipt from Booking.com was "just a receipt"!. Told me there was no such zipcode or town as was on my driver's license. Told me he would need me to pay the hotel again. They held my money, in effect, for 9 days despite multiple phone calls and sending them proof of my previous Bookings.com paymemt. After at least 5 phone calls... finally manager told me that Booking.com had put the reservation under my first name. That's not what my receipt said. Total scammers. Will hope to intimidate you into paying twice. Booking.com app erases your past trips, makes it hard to prove. Will steal and hold your grocery money. Hope that you forget about the double charge. There is the time value of money and sales quotas to cosider! Stay away! They should be investigated! Congress should pass laws about/ regulate apps and hotel cahoots double chargers. I have a mind to take them to court! Not a letigious person. Somebody, PLEASE! Regulate this industry!

Staff was friendly and super nice, and the Elder lady that night that worked the front desk was a blessing!! an employee in the morning at breakfast was coughing made us a little nervous,

Convenient to shops loved it all

Breakfast was good! Staff was super helpful at all times during our stay! Spacious room for our family of 4. Fridge didn’t stay cold enough for leftover food. The water pressure in the shower was low & shower head didn’t seam to work properly. Body wash holder on the wall came off the adhesive strip. Could use more shelving in the shower for personal toiletries.

The room needed a little maintenance. Floor is pealing up in the bathroom and the toilet paper roll was ripped off. Otherwise it was a good room. Staff was excellent. It did appear to be clean.
