the few beach seats were damaged. Cut are trip short.

The staff was wonderful! When we first got there, the tv wasn’t working, so they moved us from looking at the parking lot to a kitchen suite overlooking the river! It was gorgeous!

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony to look out to the water. Bed was very comfortable

Not a lot of amenities. Needed to get day passes at other hotels.

Had a great stay at The Pointe Hotel! Can't beat the great views of the intercoastal from the room and private beach. Rooms were very nice and clean! 10/10 will be back!

i’d highly recommend this property. The entire staff that I encountered with friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly had a can-do attitude. The hotel itself was clean and seems very much refreshed with updates. this was a perfect place for our staycation. We will be back.

The location was perfect for what we needed. I liked that it was a smaller hotel with personal service. We were able to walk to the restaurant or take a shuttle ride if necessary. The view was spectacular from the hotel and restaurant. The hotel was exactly as advertised. We would definitly stay there again.

The room was dirty, robes stained, bath tub stained. Room was loud and could hear people screaming from outside all night. Staff was not helpful with requesting a new room. Try Jupiter Waterfront Inn. Much better and half the price.

Mini fridge was beeping because door was broken allowing air to escape. Coils on fridge frozen solid. Attendant at front desk said he could not do anything since it was a one night stay. I asked for another ice bucket to make due. This was not a cheap one night stay either so i expected at least something to be done. Nothing was offered. Toilet seat was completely loose so no maintenance done prior to our stay and cleaners either didn't clean the toilet or failed to report it. Ac in room set to 68 but room was barely 74. Woke up sweaty. Didn't bother to say anything about ac since apparently if you're are only staying for one night they can't do anything for you. If you do decide to stay here save money and go to a nicer restaurant. The one associated with them (blue pointe) was not good. Very greasy grouper sandwich missing a top bun. Waited 15 mins to get to Walmart bread buns that were stale. Not worth it.

Excellent hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay to enjoy the beaches. Staff and hotel was very clean and professional.

We loved our stay! The room was beautiful and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed the blue point bar and grill that was walking distance and the light breakfast they had at up in the lobby in the morning.

We absolutely loved this place. Perfect for a few nights stay with our small family. The private beach and large balcony made it feel very relaxing!

We stayed here again because last year was so amazing. They outdid themselves. My grandson loved the private beach and was a water bug the whole stay! Will stay there again!

Our room at the Pointe had a large deck with a beautiful view of the Intercostal. The price was reasonable particularly for the area and was centrally located. Not many amenities (no gym, restaurant, bar) but it is a boutique hotel and doesn’t pretend to be anything more than that.
