everything was nice, nice personnel, good food, great place.

I loved everything. The hotel was really nice and friendly. My kids enjoyed it as did my relatives who were travelling with me on the day. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, loving and very helpful. Couple of hotel staff even picked us up from the train station to the hotel and the next day dropped us off to Pompeii - I forgot their names, otherwise would have mentioned it. We've not had any issues. The pool was nice and clean, breakfast was good as well!

Superb

Loved the size of the queen suite for our family. The staff could not do enough to help, they were amazing! Cannot fault them. Pool was fab! Access to it until 6pm each day unless an event is on. We had quite a few little problems. They were all addressed quickly, but felt it shouldn’t have been so many. The shower didn’t work, which they said they’d fix tomorrow but then sent someone when I said we needed a shower today. The aircon wasn’t working properly but they sent someone. Huge ant infestation, but they sent someone. None huge issues. All resolved, and quickly. Also, toilet roll wasn’t restocked. Had to go to reception to ask. Fridge in room took ages to cool anything. Breakfast selection wasn’t amazing. Some days eggs / ham & cheese, other days just baked goods. The jacuzzi pool was the reason we booked the room. But it leaks when the bubbles are on, so we couldn’t use it. Evident by the floor of previous leaks, all the floorboards are lifting :( it doesn’t drain properly either and took 3 hours to fill, and the strobe lighting has one setting which is constantly flashing. It was a real shame as I wanted it to be romantic and wonderful! A real letdown. This was our biggest negative as I’d have booked a cheaper room if I’d known. The stay itself was pleasant and the staff made the time there enjoyable. Only one of our nights had an event on, which we knew about. Our balcony overlooked the music and it was loud, like crazy loud. Plus we got front row seats to a huge domestic argument. Not the hotels fault, but at 11pm it was quite off putting as a family. We knew it was an event hotel though so we aren’t classing this as a negative, but more saying be mindful if you want peace and quiet. This element was fine for us.

Staff are very kind and be trusted... I've just noticed that I've lost my rings after few hours checking out, called the reception about, told them that I might left it in the bed... Half an hour later, they called us back that they found it, went back to get it back No complimentary water and coffee in the room. No shower head holder. Limited choices for breakfast.

Location Arredamento camere un po’ datato

This is a party venue with a few rooms and not really a hotel. Thus a lot of noise can be expected. In all fairness the worst noise did stop at 10 PM - but there was still party noise. Breakfast seem to consist of left over bread from yesterdays party. Location is OK if you are by car - but a bit far from anything. Hopeless if you do not have a car.

The cleanliness of the room. They had events almost every night until midnight.. they did not tell us about these events.. music was very loud and we could hear the MC until midnight. The included breakfast was horrible… the coffee was very bad. During our week stay, the hotel was almost empty… the beds are very stiff and uncomfortable. The AC stopped working one night and we were sweating from the heat.

We wanted a pool the last day of the holiday so that was the only Nice thing about the hotel. Dirty, ghost hotel, looked abandoned, major party making noice until 01.00 am. Service at the staff was nice. Awful location.

The room size was good NOTHING, the breakfast is not intercontinental, and what they put is from the day before, 4 days at different times everything ran out and they did not replace it, I always needed the staff in the morning, in the afternoon, at night, they never attended me, they Staff does not speak. English, only Italian. and the first time in my life that after checking out they expelled my children from the pool saying that we were no longer guesses at the hotel. And the air conditioner wasn’t working.
