Beauty of the tranquil setting. The resort did not seem to be very close to the major sites of Lombok.

The view is simply magical. The rooms are well appointed and the restaurant is excellent. This was among my favorite hotels in five weeks of travel.

In the middle of the rice fields, super relaxed, good place to do a bit of hiking, explore some local beauty. All you can need is available. Of course tgere is the occasional lizard, which for me is just additional eyefood

Everything was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful scenery surrounding the complex. The air conditioning unit is not functioning properly in my bungalow. After mentioning this to the staff they came to try and reset the unit and clean the clogged filters. Air flow increased dramatically, but the unit was still only blowing warm air. Proper servicing is required - unit 115. Lucky me - it was cool enough (at the beginning of May) that the ceiling fan mounted to the ceiling above was enough to be comfortable day and night.

This property was really well located in the middle of rice fields. There were a few restaurants next to it which made it easy to find delicious food around but the lodge also offered a restaurant there. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and there was a good water pressure. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the tropical fruits. There was a miscommunication about the taxi when we arrived who never picked us up at the airport, which was stressful. We ended up taking a grab for half of the price which was a little annoying to see. Furthermore, when we arrived around 8:30pm they made a mistake and gave us a standard room even though we had booked for a queen room with ricefield view. When we told them the next day they moved us straight away and apologized for the mistake which is ok.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect and the grounds were beautifully set into the rice fields. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the front porch had a wonderful view. We had a nice breakfast in the restaurant where there were friendly staff. We loved everything.

I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was very cold when he greeted me, zero kindness. The room was very nice but the TV never worked. The employee used the excuse that it was because it was raining. The breakfast was very scarce

The room itself was comfortable and clean with beautiful views of the rice fields and Rinjani. The restaurant has great, cold beer and wonderful staff. The owner of the property simply known as Pink is friendly and very welcoming.

Stunning views. Very spacious rooms and comfy beds. Staff is so wonderful and friendly . We had an amazing time and will definitely be back again! Being there is incredibly relaxing ❤️ No serious concerns. The food at the restaurant was slow to arrive at the table for dinner but other than that nothing. The geckos at the roof outside woke us up at night several times but I guess that should be expected when staying at a location surrounded by nature.

The property is very nice and I am sure you can have a great time there We booked a room for our honeymoon. They even offered us an upgrade to a bigger room upfront. However, when we arrived we actually got the smallest room available in the whole property - this room is not even shown on a single photo on booking.com. Our initial booking showed a completely different room, with different amenities and definitely not the one that we were given. So as we went to the reception to ask to not even get the promised upgrade, but just the room that we booked and paid for, we were not given any notice. They simply said if we want to change to another room we will have to pay double the price. After trying to just get the room we had booked and paid for, the employee who was there (who did not take us seriously, and had obviously no interest in somehow being guest friendly) said he will get us our money back and we should leave the property if we don’t want to pay more money and are not satisfied with what they gave us. So, at 5 pm (after several attempts from our side to find a suitable solution, but clearly the other party had no interest) we were thrown out and had to find another stay for the night. Definitely not a recommendation from my side for this house. This is not how you treat customers. Be aware of what you book, you might not get the rooms that are shown on the pictures here.

Everything was awesome, it is super clean, the food is delicious, the staff are also very nice Should add more access for a car and a place to park a car near the hotel so no need to walk and carrying luggage

I liked the location and the facilities provided in the room. The property was maintained well and clean. The view from our room was good. And also its proximity to some of the waterfalls. Commute can be a little challenging. Also the food caters mostly to western travellers taste. Breakfast options can be elaborated and tweaked a bit.

The views of the rice fields and volcano we’re out of this world , felt like family as soon as we arrived.
