We loved staying in Teton village! Gravity Haus was great- we received an upgraded room with plenty of space! Staff was friendly and welcoming- highly recommend!

During my trip to the Tetons Jackson hole and Yellowstone, not one other hotel charged me this charge. Can you please let me know why gravity haus charges it’s guests this fee, but not any other hotels or lodges. I was already paying $600 per night and they threw on an extra $120 charge. I was not happy about this.

The front desk person that checked me in was amazing. You can tell she loves her job. It’s close by to many restaurants and other hotels. It’s a nice place to walk around and enjoy the scenery.

Loved that it is away from downtown Jackson so you can enjoy the beauty and peace of the mountains. Close to the Grand Teton entrance, even though it was closed for some road work. Loved everything

We checked in after 4:00. The air conditioner was not on and it was extremely hot. The y sent an extra fan. But it never cooled off enough to be comfortable. They were booked solid and said they couldn’t move us

Overall the room and hotel was fine. I just expected more for the price paid. The staff was excellent friendly and helpful!

Should have been better for the price. No AC in second floor bedroom. Not a full kichen. Just a dorm fridge. Friendly staff just better amenities at other hotels.

Traveling with a dog and they are supportive which is great. Also, very central to a lot of shopping. Right next to the tram too.
