The warm pool was the only thing bareable about this place….after we’d picked rubbish out of the filters and rusty nails off the bottom of the pool The room - where do I start. I know the property was cheap and cheerful but I didn’t expect it to be cheap and dangerous with a complete disregard from the ‘owners’ about health and safety of their guests. We left three hours after check in and two hours of that time was spent in the pool, not the room. The TV was broken, electric sockets were hanging out the wall and the towels were mouldy. When we turned the air con on and it had been running for about 30 minutes my son was complaining of a headache and I was sleepy. We could then smell gases entering the room from the air con and my son started to feel sick. We went across to ‘the owner’ called Kush and asked him to come and smell the room to which he refused to ‘as he was busy’ (it was 7pm on a weeknight). He was completely uninterested in listening to me and just stood back from the window saying he didn’t care and i was lying. The lady then appeared from the back who refused to give me her name and showed the same disregard. Absolutely horrendous place, please take heed travellers and do not ever stay here even it’s ’just for one night’ - horrible please, horrible staff or owners as they proclaimed to be!

Absolutely nothing,but pricing but had to pay a deposit that was more than the room That you need orkin before you even walk in the room, no towels TV didn't work ,and enough bugs for a safari nature hike

The bed is comfortable. As long as you get a room without bed bugs. The older man that works at the front desk sometimes is absolutely rude as can be. Constantly changes deposit amounts and adds extra fees every time you turn around.

The room was infested with bed bugs and I had bites all over me after 1 night

It looked nothing like the pictures. I had to get staff to come program a remote for the TV. The microwave didn't work,Ac hardly worked. Whoever does the cleaning of the rooms doesn't do a good job. I'd found hair in the bathtub and all kinds of trash debris in the room. But they did maintain the pool cleaning and the main guy at the desk was polite.

Nothing. 1. Woke up to the biggest bedbug I’ve ever seen crawling on me. Make sure that you avoid staying here unless you want to bring home unwanted guest. 2. I requested a refund from the worker. He couldn’t have cared less. And ran to the back whenever I checked this temperature. 3. Mold and water stains throughout the bathroom. 4. Dead bugs everywhere. 5. Dirty sheets and blood stains. 6. Erie flickering light.

The floor was full of mold it smells like cat urine. Carpet super sticky no towels the whole night

It was terrible. It didn’t even have towels in our room.

Absolutely nothing The sheets, shower, floor and chairs were stained, sticky and disgusting. We couldn’t even use the bedding it was just nasty.

When I got to my hotel it smelled muggy and after spending a night I had used the sink to wash my hands and the sink never drained by the time I left it still had water in it and there was water damage on the ceiling. Also a bump in the floor with a patch of carpet taped to the floor.
