Friendly and helpful staff, nice and tidy hotel room with a big bathroom.

After I raised my concerns, we were moved to an attic room. Although I appreciated the change, that room was not a good solution either and did not meet our expectations.

The staff is very friendly and delightful. The breakfast is really amazing. Has a very cozy feel to the lobby area with the library. Its pretty centrally located and I walked pretty much everywhere. Highly recommend.

The hotel is extremely clean, easy to navigate, and check-in and check-out are both easy. We stayed for one night and had a perfect rest. The coffee machine in the room made our morning even better with its delicious coffee, giving us an aromatic and energetic start to the day. Everything was great.

No black tea bags available.

the location is perfect and nice that’s it’s close to a parking garage. the rooms were cute and comfortable. a few extras like coffee fruit and soup are available as well, which was a nice touch! there is not too much space in the rooms, but this was expected from the pics

Great location and nice interior. Very uncomfortable beds. Small annouying errors need to be fixed. Door handle to shower loose, no seal on the bottom of shower door so the whole bathroom floor became wet when showering, shower head leaking. Breakfast was really really bad. Totally burned scrambled eggs. No options for gluten free except one white bread. Skip free soup and fruit and focus on getting a proper breakfast.

The breakfast could have more cooked options. The eggs were not fresh and served cold ?

Very adequate for a one day stopover. Good free coffee on arrival. Easy self check in Bed was a bit too soft for me but okay

Good breakfast spread & tea/coffee options. Not sure what people are complaining about for the breakfast, since it consisted of several types of real bread, croissants and chocolate croissants, different cheeses, meats, jam etc, eggs/other meats along with cereal/granola and yogurt / milk + juices. Not the best breakfast spread ever, but quite good! The room looked to the interior courtyard which was quiet and pleasant. The room was small, but clean/tidy, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out / modern. Nice staff and bread/soup/fruit/pie available for free throughout the day - it was so nice to arrive tired/jet lagged and be able to have a snack there. The AC did not work, although it was May and not desperately needed at night time, it would have been nice as that was a requisite of choosing the hotel.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. It's fairly easy to find. The location is fairly quiet, although a block away it's quite noisy due to the abundance of bars and cafes. The room had a coffee machine that could heat water, such as for tea. The staff was attentive, and the breakfast was buffet-style. It's not entirely clear why the shower door is 1 cm off the floor, causing some water to leak out.

Good location, nice lobby, friendly staff.

Good location. Liked the heated floor in the bathroom. I'm short! The clothes rail was too high LOL. There was too little space to unpack into.
