Court Garden Hotel

I think it was really good value, worth it. Also had a beautiful view at some interior rooftop garden. I think they didn’t pay much attention to their own ”green policy”. That’s because I have written down a form at the reception desk where I was asked how many times per week I want my towels and bed sheets to be replaced. I wrote 0 times due to the fact I was only staying for 5 days. But they kept changing my towels every single day, even if I didn’t let them on the floor. That doesn’t make the accommodation a bad one, being just a detail. But în reflects their approach.

The staff specifically the manager she was rude also the other staff except the young lady at the night shift

Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Bathroom doors don't offer a lot of privacy.

Very comfortable, smooth check in, excellent location, excellent breakfast, and possibility to spend some time in the lobby and leave my bags for a while after check out. I’ll be coming back!

Nice hotel

Very clean and very quiet. I had a room overlooking the street but heard nothing. I stayed for five nights. And the breakfasts were very good

The room was comfortable, clean and cozy. The lobby with coffee and tea all day was a very appreciated touch. Staff were knowledgeable and super nice. All that plus excellent location! I also liked the safety feature of room key required for front door and elevator. no complaints at all

The hotel itself is very cozy, we loved the lounge room where you could get coffee or tea. You could also choose a different pillow or get an extra blanket which is always great. Everyone we had to interact with in the staff was very friendly and polite. Will definitely come back if we're ever back in the Hague!

It's a lovely super clean hotel with a large room downstairs with a coffee machine, teas, and cutlery, tables and chairs, so you can have some coffee/tea and bring food and have it there. Staff at the reception desk are extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the gentleman who was there the night I arrived. The only problem was that in my room (401 single room) there is a constant hum/buzz which meant I could not sleep (and I had a research event to attend the following day). I ended up going to the reception at 6am to ask for earplugs, as I forgot to bring my own. This issue probably should be addressed by the hotel. The room was also teeny tiny, you couldn't swing a cat in there, but I only stayed two nights so didn't mind that.

Staff was very lovely, and I actually used and enjoyed the hotel lounge, which I often don't. Which goes to show that it was actually a pleasant place!

It’s really clean and I love their digital keys which you could use to unlock your room, call the elevator and open the front door.

I like everything. Will be my go to hotel to stay for relaxation and work, Everything fits my needs and wants.

Great location, very easy access to city centre ( tram stops in front of hotel). Room was small but very clean and bed was comfortable Breakfast was served at group times, and every day I joined it around 9 AM. Not bad considering jet lag and the fact I was on vacation! By 9 AM many options like yogurt, juice, cake, quiche, eggs were no longer available. The same options offered earlier in the morning should have been served to guests who joined in later on. My rate included breakfast and I felt shortchanged by having leftovers and not having the same options as the group before me

Its worth the price. In front of Tram. Convenient key cards. Best and helpful staff
