The room was large and clean with coffee making facilities and double-glazed windows so noise from outside was quite low. The building is however quite old and noise can be heard between the rooms. Footsteps from upstairs and neighbours using the bathroom, people passing by in the corridor. Given the price, breakfast on site would have been appreciated.

I would call hotel Sebel an old-fashioned hotel in a good way: very personal, nice authentic rooms, excellent service. The location is very nice, close to but not in the city center. Highly recommended! Nothing, really… Perhaps: the hotel has no breakfast, but offers breakfast in a nearby hotel. We did not like that very much, because was very business-like in a basement. Instead: go to Appeltje Eitje for breakfast!

Very nice and clean and friendly staff well located. It is a bit noisy, you can hear people on the stairs and in hallways and upstairs.
