Parking in the hotel is free. If not for the sea view, I would not pick this hotel.

No air conditioning and it was 35 degrees outside but possibly hotter inside!

It's a very quiet place far from the crowd. Vistas from the room and premises is unbelievable. Receptionist very welcoming. There's a free parking with an easy access and enough room for a bigger car. Rooms are basic but very clean and with everything you really need. I loved it there.

Only parking ?️ & viewing from balcony. First of all, it must be mentioned that this is a nursing home for the elderly, not a villa or hotel. The only thing we liked was the location with a view and parking. Everything else needs improvement, very old buildings with like hospital smells. Even the signs to the reception area were confusing. You don’t feel like you’re in a peaceful relax, but rather that you’re in a place where you’re not needed, like you've ended up in a care home. I understand that support for the elderly is important, but this should be clearly defined in the description and photos. It’s especially unpleasant if you’ve recently lost your parents. And there’s no time to change the vacation spot as the payment is non-refundable. On description still showing open swimming pool, but was closed without any information ℹ️

Incredible panoramic view; kind and professional staff; large parking It's on old structure and could be restyled in a better shape; it's basically a recovery for old people - and there's nothing wrong with that - but it could be expressed

The location and the concept of the place nothing

Comfortable room with a beautiful sea and garden view. Good bus service outside the Villa to local village (Théoule sur Mer) and beyond to Cannes. A pleasant 25 min walk to the village as an alternative. An excellent restaurant opposite the entrance to the Villa as well as a modest restaurant service in the Villa. I am not sure that, without significant increase in cost ( eg air conditioning in the rooms and not just the public area) there was anything not to like. An added convenience might be a bookable parking space for the duration of the stay but we were never without an available s parking space.

Location is good, the only distance to the beach is a little bit tiering, event if it only 10 min. to get back up, clime in the mountains sometime was not easy no air conditioning, only an air fan

The breakfast was not worth it. They should write more clearly that the room is in connection with a home for older people.

the views where good and there was a lot of space the rooms where a nice size came with a fridge was a bonus not much of a breakfast choice even though it was suppose to be a buffet. no air conditioning and was very hot in the room advertised as hotel but a lot of residents staying in hotel so felt like we where intruding on their space

incredible view and location There were ants in the room that got all over the small amount of food we had. We had to throw all of it away. I took pictures of the ant invasion and showed them at the front desk. I got was a half-assed apology. They need an exterminator right away.

The view was absolutely outstanding one of the best views I have ever seen in my life. . The property is a little outdated

The view is fantastic. And the staff was amazing. They spoke English very well and was very helpful and friendly. Very clean. This is a nursing home. It was very strange to have to rent a room here among people in need of care. booking.com should have informed about this. The room had the feel of a smoking room, many burn marks from snipe and the stench of old smoked pot. The beds were rock hard, it was worn and unattractive. The bathroom only had a bathtub with a hand-held shower and a separate toilet without a sink.
