Booked for two people, arranged late night check-in only to find the room being made for one person with one set of sheets and towels. No apologies or offer to reduce price ie include breakfast.

Bar & restaurant had a good atmosphere. No WiFi in the room, a very long walk from the car park ( entrance uneven ground) then even further from reception to the room

The location is lovely , an historic house with modern part for the rooms with view to the little lake. The beer-garden and terrace was closed, the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday - they do not have staff to have it open. and no option to get a beer in the evening (no vending machine) which was a pitty. No room with TV to watch the football EM

Really good for me with limited mobility. Great location, lovely peaceful waterside view from bedroom. It wasn't fully open. Monday and Tuesday out of season the restaurant closed.

Beautiful rooms in a quiet area which is great for hiking and/or running. I absolutely enjoyed my stay! I arrived late at the residence and did a self check in. The staff was very responsive and helped me with any questions I had up front. Even though I received the instructions, it took me about 15-20min to find an open door to access the accommodation in the dark (no key cards to open the front door). A few pictures along with the instructions can increase awareness. Otherwise, my stay was absolutely perfect!

Nice location, nice environment The way to get to the hotel. Too narrow, many sections does not even allow to derive off side when two cars crossing each other.

It was an amazing location, and not too far from some good sights in the area. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very nice.  Only 2 nights :(

Very nicely decorated and clean. Beautiful garden/park to take a walk. The breakfast was delicious and enough to choose from. The staff speaks very little English.

The location is amazing! Only 15 minutes drive from Bostalsee chose this hotel as the price was phenomenal in comparison to closer hotels over half price. Breakfast buffet had hot and cold options very diverse. Room was amazing overlooking the lake. Honestly no complaints would stay again!
