Manager cancelled my booking without anyone telling me. I found out when I came to check in. I was very upset. Will never book here again. I will never even book a cheap hotel again.

No coffee maker, only a little tube of shampoo, only 1 bat of soap, so had to use the same bar at the sink and then take it in the shower. Cheap price for a reason, would definitely pay more for the skittles from previous guest to be swept up from the floor under the bed. I would have paid more for more than one flat pillow on the bed, definitely would have paid more for coffee a coffee maker. Definitely won't stay here again.

Very spartan. It's an "extended stay" hotel. They didn't change out towels/linens. We had to ask for fresh towels when we wanted them. It was clean enough. front desk was not open until 9 AM daily.

The room was absolutely filthy, strong pot smell from room next store to the point it made us feel sick when we went to front desk to address the situation we were told there was nothing they could do and offered us air fresheners. We had left for roughly an hour so I could find somewhere with cell service I came back to check out of hotel I wasn’t staying there. There was a new receptionist I told her the situation and why I was checking out she was rude and showed no concern and flat out said I had to pay for the room and wasn’t getting a refund.

Had to keep asking for toilet paper cuz they would only leave one at a time. You had to call and make appt for the room to be cleaned but they would not take the trash out had to do it ourselves. Dont think we'll be staying there again.

Very clean rooms. The he breakfast was amazing. Even checking in at 10 pm and a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite was much appreciated for a great nights sleep after a long day .

Disappointing

The staff were nice There was no blanket, just another sheet. What hotel doesn't come with a coffee maker?

I didn't like much... it is rated pet friendly. We stayed 3 nights. When checking in floors in room were still wet, we dried with white towel, the towel was black when finished. There were not complimentary blow dry or iron/ironing board in room. Had to ask front desk. Our room was not checked on at all the entirety of our stay, no clean towels or tissue refill. The hall ways were covered in dog hair and dirt, had not been vacuumed the entiee visit. Mud at entrances. I have a very clean smaller dog, when we left on Tuesday morning and returned home we noticed she had fleas. She is regularly groomed and had a bath and not signs of fleas prior to our visit. The bed is a frame with what appears to be a single foam mattress is the bed. The frame moved every time I got up. Pillows not great. Sheets are thin. The kitchen had no cleaning supplies or utensils. No paper towels.

The front desk attendant was nice and helped us when we immediately checked out. One of the two beds had bed bugs!

Not a bad place at all pretty clean and nice. But no breakfast or anything like that, but if she doesn’t a simple place to sleep and shower it is just fine.
