Very clean very helpful staff, most of them are good English speakers. It’s a little further away from the city center than I expected but metro station is super close

Room is good nice and clean. Front dest person if could speak more English its would be nice for a foreigner customer. Only one guys can speak English well but I think it not enough because night shift still need on guys who’s can speak more English.

This is a beautiful hotel. The beds are very comfortable and our room had a lovely view over the lake. The buffet breakfast in the morning is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. The toilet smelled a little like sewage which made the room quite stinky overnight. As we only stayed one night, the maintenance staff were not able to fix it for our stay.

Everything, apart from the cigarette problem and dirty windows. It smelled strongly of cigarettes when I arrived. So Jani changed rooms, but it was the same. After 2 days the smell dissipated and I was finally able to appreciate the room differently. You should prohibit guests from smoking in the rooms. Besides, I didn't find any signs anywhere prohibiting smoking. Too bad it's not prohibited in an establishment as prestigious as yours. It's also a shame that the windows are dirty, so it's impossible to take photos because of that.

BREAKFAST! It is a five star hotel and it should have something to offer for muslims. There was not much to eat. I had only few pieces of nuts, cherry tomatos and bread. At least, there should be fish or sea products.

Staff is very helpful. The USB hub is disconnected. Staff eventually provided a back up charger and line.

Location is very convenient. Lots of food choices nearby. Very nice view of Meijiang Lake. Very good value for money.

Breaksfast is still acceptable location is very far away from town area, bedroom airflow is very bad and there is no aircondition at all, we request for a cooling fan and there is never come with toothbrush and toothpaste provided in the room. need to ask from registration counter. beside the hotel only have limitation restaurant , for what i had explore only have 7-11 , KFC and burger king. No market and mall surrounding.

Yaya was wonderful and really looked after us, going above and beyond anything I'd expect from hotel staff. Me and my children felt really looked after I was charged double the price I was quoted. I was told it would be refunded to me within 24 hours, but it's still missing from my account.
