Nice spacious room with comfy bed. Big bathroom and nice shower. Good location The reception staff speaks hardly any word of English so it is next to impossible to inquire anything, and when you get your request or question through, it is mostly 'I do not know..." or 'I cannot help..' as answer Housekeeping was not good. Floor got not properly cleaned for 3 days and cups/glasses mugs were not properly cleaned. The tea/coffee provided was not replenished, and we had to call every day to get some supplies. For a hotel of an international chain we expect much more higher standards of service!!!

Breakfast was good, maybe limited choice for some guests but we were satisfied, moreover the staff at the breakfast took the time and patience to teach me how to register to the official Marriott WeChat account to get breakfast coupons so we got 50% off during our stay (our reservation didn't include breakfast). There's a shopping mall next to the hotel and a 24-h small convenience store 100m from the hotel. Nothing, everything was great

The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was quite clean My room smelled horribly of cigarettes and the executive lounge felt very cheap

Clean. Location. Convenient for public transport, shopping and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious, quiet and comfy. I don’t think the receptionist was familiar with guests using telephone in rooms. The member of staff was a bit struggle to know how much to charge me for couple of local calls. I had to ask for all invoice at the end of my stay. (2bookings) Because the deposit, deduction and tax. Seemed very complicated. It made me a bit nervous because I don’t know when I would have the difference back to my card.

The breakfast was enjoyable, and I appreciated the quality. However, I would love to see more variety, especially with local specialty dishes to enhance the experience. No comment regarding the location. The breakfast variety could be improved. I would prefer to see more local specialty dishes to better experience the local cuisine during my stay.
