Still the location is located right next to the metro station. This makes travelling so much easier; you don’t need a cab from the train station, just take the metro & you’ll be at the hotel. Room is a bit too dark, not enough watts in some light bulbs. The only bright light is the light on the desk. Then there’s only 2 plugs where I can plug my charging cables for phone & computer. That isn’t good. I got food poisoning on Christmas Day so felt extremely nauseous & horrible((

Spacious room. Near the metro and bus stops. A bit dated. Hotel room shows wear and tear. Needs renovation. The carpet looks dirty. Water in shower erratic - sometimes how then cold.

Excellent location, staff very helpful, room very comfortable, great view even from a 5th floor. Room and bathroom much larger and better equipped than expected at that price. Lots of options for breakfast.

The hotel offered me a complimentary upgrade at check-in, provides breakfast, and there are several small eateries nearby. There was no reply to my questions at the messaging section at Booking.com as well as email. There should be power outlets by the bedside tables for charging phones, power banks, and tablets. The toilet bowl seat is stained and needs replacement. Additionally, a few more hooks in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging clothes. It would be good if the hotel can provide a complimentary sandwich and drink for hotel guests who couldn't eat the breakfast due to early check out.
