The hotel is absolutely fine, but as a Westerner I can't quite appreciate the extensive Chinese selection for breakfast. My fault entirely, as Tianjin is not exactly an international tourist town, it was perfectly OK. See above

the staff was welcoming, friendly, always looking after us, especially a lady at the reception called Coco, always smiling. the sheets were not always well cared for and clean but overall it was fine

Location is very close to airport. Room size was quite ok Staff response in English is poor. You have to choose the room and select the room if you are staying for long. Hospitality is just low and you need to do all by yourself. No weigh scale available at the hotel. Basic toiletries provided were quite minimum and not a quality one

It’s relatively clean, the location is convenient. The beds were uncomfortable and there were some stains on the sheets.

Everything is well prepared and maintained. Room size is good enough. Wifi is fast enough. Breakfast is very well. Worth of a stay for business trip. The address is not correct. Should be 東麗區 rather than 東麗開發區. I wasted 30 minutes and extra money on taxi until I realized the correct address. This needs an immediate correction to prevent other visitor's same failure.

I’m not very satisfied with the hygiene of the room. I can see large yellowish stains on the floor carpet.

Good breakfast spread, room is clean. A wonderful surprise is the robot delivery of my food order straight to my room. Best experience. Although it is near the airport, the sound proofing is ok and acceptable. The transport to the airport is a small bus and we have to stack our luggage on passenger seats. Not unpleasant but can be improved.
