The breakfast had an ok selection but sadly most of the items were cold, which put me off to go for dinners. Not sure if the chaving dishes worked as they should. Room service though was spot on. Cold breakfast really put me off but everything else was great. If they can improve on that 10/10

good location,easy parking, splendid lobby hall with bright central ceiling and space. kindly staff breakfast quality is really simple &cheapest, less my expectation as an luxury hotel

Room & bathroom were extremely spacious. Carpet had some old stains but other than that, the room was very clean. The window looks out to the lake behind the hotel too, very nice view. Staff were all very friendly. Really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

Breakfast was very good, they had plenty of options for everyone. In addition, they had a lot of Chinese typical dishes and we liked it because we had the opportunity to try different things. The location, it was kind of far away from the main area. It took us around 30 min in the taxi to get to the Riverside area or the Tianjin Eye.

Everything at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were all very helpful and their English was good. The hotel is big, modern and with pleasant accommodations. The rooms are well equipped, clean and with good decoration. The breakfast had good and diversified options. We had also dinner at the hotel and it was very well cooked and served. The swimming pool and spa areas are huge and welcoming. We had much fun at the indoor swimming pool with our kids, it was a good alternative for the cold weather outside. It’s not located in the city centre but there is a subway station right outside the hotel and you can easily get a taxi to the centre. The journey takes you around 20 to 25 minutes. There is a massive shopping centre just at a 9 minutes taxi ride. If you are from outside China have in mind that taxis are very affordable.

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and service oriented. The service was excellent in all respects. We especially want to thank Sonia and Serena who were extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was brilliant with many choices and high quality. We particularly enjoyed the club lounge where there were variety of refreshments and excellent services.
