Service and facility were very good. The room temperature was too warm couldn’t be controlled by guests themselves.

Right downtown in Tianjin and super close to the main train station. Incredibly convenient location with a massive shopping mall across the street. Room was phenomenal, comfortable bed with a great view. The bathroom was so spacious and clean. The room was fully equipped. I will stay here again. Check-in process was super fast. N/A

The location was great, just need to cross the road and the shopping street was there. There is a great selection of shops to shop and eat. Booked for 3 pax in a room but every day, we just got 2 sets of toiletries daily which was quite frustrating, though we reminded the customer service almost daily. in the end, we had to buy a set ourselves.

The location is fairly convenient and close to main places of interests in town. The staff are friendly & professional to talk to, though not always as efficient as I would expect. The bed is very comfortable. Having booked the river-view room at an extra, I was told at check-in that my original booking was only for a `partial river view' and for the full river view, 200 yuan/day is needed. This is similar to how budget airline profits from first-time passengers by charging huge luggage fee, but on the spot I didn't make too much of a fuss and just paid the extra. The hotel is very driver-unfriendly. It doesn't have its own parking lot and shares with the adjacent condo. One has to drive down to 3rd level basement with many sharp turns to see the hotel basement entrance. (For non-Chinese speaker: no sign in English along this route.) Very counter-intuitively, the parking spots immediately next to the hotel entrance are actually not for hotel guests, but for the condo. One has to drive further on to find the real hotel parking space. What's more, to get the parking fee waiver one has to scan an extremely sketchy QR code at the hotel receiption. This leads one to a website with 2 seemingly identical buttons, one leading to parking fee waiver and the other to ads. Furthermore, there are two different QR codes at the receiption, and it's totally unclear what's the correct one to scan. Thus after a few frustrated attempts I asked the hotel staff to help sort things out, which they gladly did (as it seemed). But then when I exited the parking lot I was still charged an outrageous amount and had to call the hotel (and almost always calls take a long while to get answered) to resolve the issue. Yet another blot is that when I asked for an blindfold for sleeping, I was told that I have to purchase the `sleeper package' consisting of the blindfold and a bunch of extra that I don't need, at a price that I didn't even bother to inquire. When I insisted that I only needed a single blindfold and nothing else, I was told that it was not an option.

Overall facilities , such as gym, breakfast, overall services , should be improved to qualify a high rate hotel

Everything was simply impeccable: the room was spacious and with a great view from the highest floor, the staff - top-friendly and helpful, swimming pool for proper sports swimming, nice light show and a dj playing in front of the hotel daily, nice bar and restaurant. Basically, we felt like staying I the hotel most if the time) Nothing
