Room service didn't clean the room if we didn't request, and even under request the sand that got in the room wasn't cleaned while we were out

Location Is great and the fact that there was also parking made it a lot easier for us. Staff were friendly.

The beds in the second bedroom were poor. No kitchen: no heat source to cook anything

Location Service is terrible, the staff is not very helpful but there are some exceptions. Towels are very old and dirty. Hotel stuff like soap and shower gel are of awful quality. Phone to call and be called by reception doesn't work properly. Walls are thin. Check-in process is painful, they don't do it themselves, you have to scan a qrcode and do it yourself for every person. Parking is a bit of a mess, they occupy all spaces and when you arrive you have to wait while they reshuffle several cars

The pool area and bar were lovely, proximity to everything was fantastic. Rooms are a little dated and could do with some maintenance and love to be even better. It was a national holiday for the Brazilian day of independence, because of the great location, we could hear the live band performing until 2am like they were in our room. That was tough with an early start the next day.

Ok breakfast, nice size of room, good WiFi On our 3 day stay the room wasn't cleaned and towels weren't changed. The air-conditioning isn't very strong.

Location was hard to beat, it was right on the beach and also close to main street where all restaurants located.. views are stunning during sunset. We also enjoy a lot swimming pool. We would certainly come back. Great value for the price

Nothing. I dont like this hotel. Much problems vith the room, the broken and old mattress. the shower not work good, hear all the orher room when they talking, and much noise. bad breakefest, durty around the breakfest table. I check out 2 days before I my reservasjon was finish. I shuld have my monye back. I will never use booking.com more if I dont get back.

the location, hotel structure and the rooftop was great. the room was not very well cleaned up, the bed sheets were smelly and kind of dirty, the pillows were awful, the was dropping water on our faces (on the bed), the shower was flooding the entire bathroom, and the door from the balcony wasn’t locking (major security concern).

Great view from the pool. Good rooms and facilities. Staff all very good, from reception to pool bar. All in all well worth it, get a superior floor suite. You leave the car in the garage and walk every where. Marvelous! Toilet paper could be better. Gets noisy on weekends. TV only has normal Brazilian channels. By using bamboo to block the rhs of the balcony it would have better privacy. Could have some plates and cutlery, and maybe even a simple coffee machine ?
