I love that there was plenty of space in the room and how clean it was. The hotel was in a great location, there was even an arcade under the hotel for the kids.

Very comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Best place to stay in downtown tijuana!

Get a room closer to the main street drag as they are more updated. Entire place is clean and next door or a block away from good food. VERY safe location with a 24 hour staffed front desk Everything was good. Definitely my stay of choice when in TJ

Excellent brakfast There was no iron and hangers avalable in the little closet.

The hotel was walking distance to the gym, which I used daily and shuttle buses to go to the beaches close to the hotel were readily available. Food at many restaurants was quite good in the area and the hotel was quiet at night-i usually went to bed before 10 pm and the hotel was quiet .Staff are quite nice and speak English and Spanish. I would suggest a safe be put in the room to secure valuables, etc.

Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafes. -No hot water for my entire stay. The first room they put me in the hot water didn’t work so I asked to be moved to another room; it didn’t work in the second room also. -The walls are very thin and you will hear everything from other guests for the entire night. I could barely sleep until 4am because of how loud it was. And then the hotel starts construction in the morning so it’s impossible to sleep in. -Cleaning wasn’t very good in the room, there was hair from other guests on the floor.

Great location, super friendly staff and staff resolved issue with loud guests swiftly. Because the way the rooms are if there are loud guests in the hallway it echoes loud.

Conveniently located near shops, entertainment, and dining options. The rooms are compact yet cozy! Spotlessly clean linens and towels!!! I highly suggest staying here. ? Sleeping can be challenging for light sleepers because of its location. The rooftop restaurant has a limited menu, and room service is disappointing. My food arrived incorrect and cold on both occasions. The check-in street appears quite intimidating, resembling a rough neighborhood. There's another exit-only entrance that feels much safer and more welcoming; it should have been the main entrance.
