HOTEL VILLAGRAN

Very clean throughout hotel, very friendly staff, especially Gladys and Marisol at the front desk. Sixteen strategically placed cameras are monitored continuously by staff which made me feel very safe. WiFi very good reception.

The location The hot water The price room has no AC, It was very humid/hot. Slightly noisy. Doesn't accept cards. It's cash only.

They didn't respect that I have already paid my stay through Booking.com

I stay here all the time. It's comfortable. Very clean. Location is right around the corner from the center of all the restaurants, clubs, and casinos. Beds are comfortable it's quiet. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Best value in Tijuana. I guess being able to check out later would be nice. Most hotels in TJ are 12.00pm or 1.00pm. Not a big deal though. 11.00am checkout is fine.

The women who work there are nice, it was clean, comfortable. It gets noisy at night until about 11pm but I had a unit facing the alley. Maybe the other rooms are more quiet .

. The location is very convenient to all of the downtown attractions. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady was very trustworthy and didn't even take the tip money I left for her without me personally handling it to her. The toilet stopped working on the 2nd day and I hate to use a trash can from the room to fill with water in order to flush the toilet. They were very strict about not allowing me to check in a few hours earlier than the posted check in time of 3pm.

Clean and safe. Walking distance from center of the city. That do not have air conditioning

I like the location I like that.It was downtown I didn't like the small ceilings. I kept carrying myself in my head.

That it was easy to get to and the values.Always good Maybe have additional towels for the floor because the water tends to get out when you shower

Great budget hotel very close to all the action of Tijuana. We had a new room with a patio and it had plenty of fresh air, I would definitely stay here again!
