Breakfast was great and Alfonso was the best The room was excellent and very clean. Beautiful souroundings. It felt safe and comfortable to move about. I spent 4 nights there and I had a hard time sleeping because the bed was too hard. No cushion so my joints really hurt. For us visiting on a medical trip, it would be nice to have even a small microwave for times it's hard to get out.

I really enjoyed my stay at Quartz Hotel & Spa. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and feels very safe. The location is excellent, especially because it’s very close to the border. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I’ve had a very good experience staying here and would definitely stay again. Nothing in particular. I had a very pleasant stay.

Everything was very good, and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The hotel also seemed to have very complete amenities. I did not have the opportunity to use the spa or the gym during this visit, but both looked very appealing, and I would definitely like to try them next time. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which could offer a little more variety and more generous portions.I also found the room rate to be somewhat high considering the location. While I understand the quality of the hotel, for a similar price you can often find hotels in the United States that offer more amenities or are located in more central areas. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.
