I don't like all the rocks in the parking lot.

Great personnel. Very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Not enough parking space.

Nothing Hotel staff are steal

Check in, I believe, was at 3 pm. We arrived at 6 pm and room was not ready. Had to wait another 30 minutes for room to be ready. Also, did not like the parking area. Literally had to walk around the corner. Didn't feel the parking lot to be safe.

The only good things here were the breakfast and the kitchen amenities. I also want to compliment the breakfast staff and the porter. The room we were initially assigned smelled strongly of marijuana. The staff kindly moved us to another room, but unfortunately that room was under renovation and very dusty. The bathroom shower was clogged and somewhat dirty. The hot water was extremely hot, so we had to adjust it constantly.

Good location Furniture was kind of cheap and no tv in bedroom. Uncomfortable to have to sit in living room to watch tv

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooftop patio was nice. Beds were comfortable Kitchen was sparse with some dirty dishes. No remote for TV. Shower head was corroded and fell off. Floors were dirty. Main bedroom glass block window was blinding in the morning

The AC was broken. It kept leaking water so we couldn't turn it on

It was a nice apartment. The tv did not work at all. Couldn't watch cable, Netflix, or YouTube. The AC was leaking. There was no water at all from 10pm & on!!! I could not shower, brush my teeth or flush the toilet. Parking kinda sucked, we had to wait until 7pm to move our car to the designated area.

Modern, clean, right in the center. Already saying everytime I’m going to TJ I will be staying here

Security, small kitchen in the room and the upstairs sun deck Everything was good

Staff was great. Friendly responsive and attentive. Too expensive to have no tv, no control over speed of rooms fans, and way too noisy as traffic was horrible at night.
