My 6th floor room had a very comfortable bed and a newly designed interior and bathroom. The restaurant, bar, and pool were all excellent My 7th floor room the wifi didn't work for 2 days and i had to change rooms. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the bathrooom was cramped and uncomfortable

Service, Cleanliness, Staff... How when checking they have to ask the guest for identification, they never done it before. Also, Staff mentioned that breakfast was included. But when arriving & going to breakfast it was only plate of fruit, food & choice of tea or coffee. Have to pay more for buffet... But everything else was great.

They didn't have water since 10 pm to 5 am. We couldn't take showers or flush the toilet. Too bad

Safe clean well maintained.. the location is perfect you can walk to stores and great foods options…. The electricity went out soon after we checked in and it took hours for it to go back on

This is my third time staying in this hotel. Service is good, good location. Walking distance to Oxxo, and taco spots. Zona rio is very close. The pool is a big plus and so is their bar. WiFi is not fast. For reasons outside of the properties control there was no power in the whole streeet. But there should have been back up generators especially now that we are in the summer. We were stuck without power for over 4 hours and no solution was offered.

Nothing was good Housekeeping never came to clean our room and replenish. Order room service twice and order was completly incorrect and charged for the correct order wich we should have. Food taste was awful. Pool was full of trash. Having private events while trying to relax by the pool not so relaxing.
