Clean room

There are some places to eat close to the hotel, so you can walk to get food. The beds are confortable. The room was clean. Restaurant is not the best. We asked for some dishes and they served something different without telling you. And the food was not fresh.

Booking was ez to do 10/10 Front desk service was good and fast ? There’s no windows to open to get fresh air in the rooms No hot water in shower Power went out was back on in less than 15 minutes that was a good thing ? I left my AirPods in my room by accident and checked out and I came back lees then 10 minutes and I ask the clean lady if she found them in the room she said no ? so I really don’t think I’ll be staying here again

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities. Good for budget stay.

Did not have breakfast, but other restaurant food & service was excellent. Staff also replied promptly to requests pre-booking, and made it easy to drop off my baggage early, before check-in. Immaculate cleanliness. Nice looking room. Firmer bed. All Mexican hotels have single-paned windows, so street noise was audible over night. TV viewing was overly complex. It’s downtown, but not near any busy streets, location is a bit deserted.

Rude staff. I couldn't sleep well. There is a bar that the hotel owns. Too loud. I Asked if we could do anything about it because I stayed on the first floor. The front desk said that is not my problem.

The loud music from the restaurant

The AC was great in the room and had Netflix for me to sign to my account. Alejandra the receptionist was so rude to me and never greeted me from the beginning. She was rude before I arrived over the phone and then rude in person. She doesn’t deserve to work there. A true receptionist has great customer service, caring and does not argue with customers.

Very updated and clean, with parking and security There is a bar at night with loud live music which can be a pro or a con

Was very clean

Just few hours the elevator does not work.

Location Staff was inattentive and everyone at the front desk, except the lady, ignored me while I was waiting to be helped. Extra charges on my card once I checked out, smell coming from bathroom, random people knocking on my room door, loud guests in room across hall, no refrigerator or microwave in room.

The location is perfect, border close. I've been staying at your hotel since it first opened, and I've always appreciated the experience. However, during my last few visits, I've noticed a smell throughout the building that resembles bug spray or Raid. This wasn't an issue in the past, so I wanted to bring it to your attention in case it's something that can be addressed.

Can heard the voices in the hallway and in the morning cleaning staff was with the Radios and talking very loud since 8:00 am..
