Very, very nice hotel. Front desk staff was friendly, personable, and professional - always. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Nice selection on the free breakfast. Only 'meh' was the available television channels. No biggie, though, since we were only in the room a few minutes after checking in and for sleeping. This hotel will be my first choice every time I travel to Tinley Park amphitheatre for a show.

It was a great getaway from daily life the staff was very nice friendly and helpful and the hotel was impeccably clean and smelled wonderfully got to use the pool till 11:30 which is rare had a lot of fun

I stay here frequently for work travel. I like the friendly staff and clean rooms and clean common spaces. I also like that theres a gym.

The hotel was great, but I was very disappointed that following some heavy storms there was no cable and no Wi-Fi of any strength. No compensation was made for these two areas which were really important for my stay. There should always be a backup plan for things like this. They could’ve easily offered free streaming, but they continued to charge for you to access your own streaming platforms like Netflix.

The breakfast was very good every morning. The property feels new, very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable too. We even had a tornado while visiting and that was handled perfectly. No problem with anything.

Staff and breakfast oh and enforced quiet hours I wished it was shinier, the fixtures. Showering was a challenge. I deduced if the guests on the opposite wall are showering at the same time, there goes pressure and hot water. The elevator could use a detailed cleaning.
