Everything! The small hotel was perfect. Staff, room, location, comfortable. Nothing!

Right across from the port. Andros was an amazingly friendly host. A true scholar and a gentleman. Room was spotless. Not the hotel's fault but occupants in some other rooms thought nothing about slamming doors. Suggest you pack ear plugs just in case. The entrance is up a flight of outdoor stairs to the side above a mini-mini-market. Not fun if you have heavy bags and impossible for anyone with disabilities (a cab won't get you any closer and it would be ridiculous to even think about taking one for a few yards from the port anyway). The passageway to/from the entrance does have a subtle incline that meets street level a couple of doors to the right of the stairs. A map/diagram from the hotel would be really helpful.

Lovely spacious rooms which are decorated very modern , everything you need in the room , kettle coffee maker , toaster . Location is excellent overlooking the port so only 5 mins walk from ferry . Near to restaurants so everything on your door step Angelo who met us at the property on arrival was helpful and informative. Nothing , it’s a shame that you cannot sit on the small balcony but you still have a great view !

Everything about this hotel was great, the rooms, lobby and patio area are beautifully renovated and modern. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I felt safe in this hotel. The location is fantastic, a short walk from the port and steps away from many restaurants, downtown and the major draw to this city - the Church of the Virgin Mary and the holy icon. The only thing that can be improved upon is outside the hotel are passageways on which passers-by throw garbage items, including splattered food and bottles, I believe I may have even saw animal feces on the walkway. It's not the fault of the hotel, but maybe those who live on the passageways and any other businesses there can find a way to collectively combat the problem. Also, one of the passageways very close to the hotel has an abandoned unit or two that are in shambles and scary to walk by. I felt that some unsavory people could be lurking there. I took a detour on a different pathway to avoid that part.

It was close to the port and easy to walk from the ferry. We had a sea view and the room although very traditionally Greek was extremely clean and comfortable . We were close to restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and attended to our needs. It was a little noisy from the banging of the front door and we could hear the people in the next room. We would have liked a safe and a more comfortable chair to sit and look at the Seaview. It would have been good if they provided some milk and tea sachets.
