The hotel felt like a quiet oasis.

Everything was perfect, from the beggining till the end. We were very well welcomed. Beautiful garden with lots of vegetables and fruits. Natural swimming pool is nice. Bar & restaurant were good. Very pleasant stay.

This was absolutely 1st class. My wife and I felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. We had booked massage and they were fantastic. We were given complimentary bus tickets and there is a chairlift nearby that takes you down to the centre of Merano and along the promenade. The property is spectacular I wished we stayed longer. Nothing to say

Outstanding friendliness of the staff, very delicious breakfast buffet with a broad variety of choices including a lot of local food. The setting on the terrace is superb, how better to start the day watching the valley of Meran with a hearty breakfast? The dinner menus also are incredible. Together with the delicious cocktails from the bar ... unforgettable. That we had not enough time to enjoy this hotel even more :-)

Nice view over the valley and Merano. Also the facilities like the outdoor swimming pond and the terrace are very nice Actually we got a very much older room than the pictures on booking.com are showing- there is a old part of the hotel and a new one. Our furniture was from the 70s so if I pay that much money I also want a room which is shown upfront in the description
