Location, cleanliness, and price. The staff charged me an additional 200 Yen in property taxes upon check-out. I had pre-paid through Booking, which included the property taxes and fees. Also, the property hadn’t received our online payment through Booking by the time we were checking in. The staff asked me, at least, 8 times to make sure I come back to the front desk to make sure the payment has gone through. I finally asked her - Do I seem untrustworthy? Then when we finally received a room key, it didn’t work and we had to go back downstairs after an already lengthy and disheartening check-in process. Very unfortunate, and while the additional 200 Yen is truly nothing (less than $2 Canadian), it’s the principle that matters. Really frustrating and unfortunate. Good services and amenities, and staff were very courteous and generally helpful. When forwarding my luggage to my next location, the front desk had me fill out the waybill myself. Not a problem for me personally but I imagine this would be challenging for non-Japanese speakers.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, canal and off street walking paths. Close to train station, 1 stop away from Shibuya. Meguro Sky Garden is across the road (accessible via elevator). Bed is comfortable and very clean. The room is small but space in lobby to chill. Better storage in the room or hooks. Suggest chair that fits under the desk to take up less space or remove it from the room.

Location of the hotel is wonderful. The staff are extremely helpful and speak Japanese and English.

It was reasonably priced and very clean. The room was nice for two people. Loved the free snacks and closeness to the train stop.

Great place

The hotel was in a great area; it's walking distance from the center of Shibuya and also very close to the metro line. The staff was very friendly, and I loved the soda + ice cream machines in the lobby. The room was so so so so so small. We couldn't even keep our luggage open because there wasn't enough floor space.

Clean & Quiet Hotel. Comfortable Beds! Easy 29 minute walk to SHIBUYA crossing. Only negative was the 2000 yen fee to place a bag in the store room for a few hours at checkout, while we went for a walk. Most Hotels do this for no charge & so left with a negative vibe.

We could have planned it better location-wise, as it required several subway changes to get around during our stay. The room was good as we don't have large suitcase. Hotel provides all the necessary toiletries which is lovely. It is very foreigner friendly and provides local guides booklets in the lobby.

Easy to get to, access and check-in were fine. Rooms are tiny, bed is tiny, pillows are uncomfortable.

The hotel, facilities and staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast at the Cafe in the morning was healthy and a great way to start the day. With a 1 stop train ride in 3mins to Shibuya was perfect.
