Good location and walking distance. property only has one elevator and took us like 30 mins or more to get down on our checkout day. No breakfast and store or anything just rooms

Seems a fairly new hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. They did not clean the trash everyday. Maybe it’s us … I’m not sure if we had to specifically ask for it. We have a baby still with diapers and the poop smells bad after 2-3 days in the room. For this reason we give a 9.

Staff speak some English. The rooms are nice, small as expected in Japan by American standards. There is a universal plug in the room which was very convenient for my computer. Small convenience store downstairs. Very near the temple, many things were walkable and there is a subway station nearby.

Great location near restaurants and a 6 min walk from Asakusa station and also easy to Ginza line. Convenient from Narita and Haneda on the Access Express regular train to Asakusa Station if you are willing to wait (up to 30 min) as this specific train isn’t very frequent. Room is small- great for one person.

Amazing hotel in a very calm area, the front desk lady was very helpful with the luggage delivery service when I had a lot of questions, would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Japan N/a

Fantastic location with friendly staff. Check-in was a breeze; the staff assisted but it is possible to check in at the kiosk on your own. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the bathroom was clean as well. The hotel is 6 minuets from two subway stations on the Ginza line which made travel around the city a breeze. As with most Japanese hotels, the room and bathroom were on the smaller side. We knew what to expect, so this was not an issue for us. Guests from western locations should be aware of this.
